The hotel is located in the city center. There is a lot of parking. The staff is good. They opened an umbrella to pick up the car on a rainy day. The room is clean. The air conditioner cools very quickly. In the room, there is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo. There are no slippers. There are 2 layers of curtains. When closed, it is very dark.

Great hotel—clean, with a comfortable, soft bed and cool air conditioning. The shower has strong water pressure, and the breakfast is delicious. There are also plenty of nice spots around the hotel for taking photos. The location is excellent. Overall, highly recommended.

The service was good and the room was worth the price, but I have to deduct points for the toilet.

The Imperial Hotel & Convention Centre Korat is a grand hotel that truly embodies the traditional five-star experience. Despite being open for many years, it still maintains an impressive and elegant atmosphere. One of the hotel's biggest highlights is its excellent design and layout. The public areas are spacious and bright, and the overall planning is well-thought-out, giving a sense of high-end grandeur. The guest rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, making them perfect for both business travelers and leisure guests. The hotel boasts a convenient location, making it easy to access all important spots in Korat city. The staff are warm, attentive, and professional, making the entire check-in process very pleasant. If I had to offer one small suggestion, it would be that the carpets in the guest rooms show a bit of age, slightly affecting the overall visual appeal. However, this doesn't detract from the cleanliness of the room or the comfort of the stay. Overall, this is a hotel that combines classic charm, excellent service, and good value for money. It comes highly recommended.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship. I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.

Clean room, and easy access, but the wi-fi on the 5th floor was a total disaster. Basically didn't work most of the time, and when it did give a signal, it was one-bar, glacial speed - totally unable to do anything with it). If you need to do any work on your computer, this is not the hotel to stay at. Also, the shower head in the bathroom was very low, hard for a six foot foreigner to have a good shower. The breakfast was your standard Thai breakfast, with boiled rice soup and fried rice, and fried eggs, etc. - perfectly adequate but nothing to write home about. The best part is the location, right across the street from a lovely park, which is actually operated by the Thai Army - with bike lanes, walking areas, etc. and very clean. and a huge lake.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge. It was also very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were always smiling and provided excellent service every time I visited.

I was incredibly impressed from the moment I got out of the car; the staff were so welcoming. And I even won the lottery with my room number! LOL! This place brought me good luck. I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!

I was scared after reading the reviews, but when I stayed there, I didn't encounter any of the problems mentioned. The room was clean and spacious, with a kingsize bed and a large sofa. The furniture was modern. There were a lot of guests when I stayed, so finding parking was a bit difficult.
