Alena80Excellent value for money. The hotel is well-renovated with great mattresses and linens. The room was clean, spacious, and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and served in a magnificent hall. It's a very good, budget-friendly hotel. Not in the city center, but nearby and close to the airport. A very convenient option for transit.

The environment is still OK, the service front desk is OK, no one can speak English, I hope to extend the check-out time to call the front desk twice and hang up the phone, and then a fierce man knocked on the door and took a piece of paper and wrote 12 o'clock. And the expression is serious and waved and said to go, this time is 11:30 in the morning, there is still half an hour from the check-out, it feels a bit scary, four-star hotel such as God operation, quack is not warm or gentle, even if you can't understand the language, you can send a girl at the front desk to knock on the door and talk to me gently. be scared to death.

Guest UserVery good, more than expected, is the most satisfying of the 3 hotels in Baikal.
The front desk is the best English person I have ever met on this trip, very helpful and friendly
The room is not big, the decoration is more retro and distinctive
The location is relatively convenient, walking to various museums, 130 Street and other major attractions are about 20 minutes

Guest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Irkutsk, right next to a shopping plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and generous portions, and the service was also very good. We even got to try the local specialty dumplings, which are definitely worth a try!

There is a Chinese painting in the room. It is estimated that the main reception is for Chinese people. The check-in experience is very good. The walking distance around the hotel is Karl Marx Street. It is very convenient to eat and travel. The front desk lady is very good to help us take a taxi.

Guest UserI really like this hotel; the space everywhere is spacious, clean, simple, and elegant. My room had a row of large windows facing the Angara River right in front, and I could even open them since there were screens, which was fantastic. The breakfast ingredients were very fresh. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night with people playing instruments and singing by the river, but it should be much better with the windows closed, and even more so on rainy nights. If you're sensitive to noise, you could choose a room on the other side.

Отличное место для отдыха после сложного перелёта. Останавливаемся там уже 2 раз и каждый раз спим очень много и крепко. Рядом центральный рынок и столовая в продуктовом магазине Слата. Вообщем нам там нравится.

We stayed in a room with two single beds, and the room and bathroom were very small! Our friends all booked rooms with two single beds, but their rooms and bathrooms were larger than ours – it seems to depend on luck when rooms are assigned! Looking at the hotel's room assignment map, rooms 1 and 2 are the larger rooms. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there was a hot and cold water dispenser at the front desk and on each floor. The dispensers always had cold water, but the one on my floor didn't have hot water! Regarding the hotel's free Wi-Fi, the first method is to rely on the front desk staff to help you connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, but this only works on the front desk floor! The second method also relies on the front desk staff, but you need a local Russian mobile phone number to receive the hotel Wi-Fi authentication SMS, which allows you to use the hotel Wi-Fi in your room! There's no elevator, and we stayed on the third and fourth floors, making it difficult to move our luggage! There was an electric kettle in the room, a wall-mounted radiator, and another electric heater that you could plug in yourself. The bathroom didn't have heating or a heated towel rack, but the hot water and water pressure were sufficient. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good, with hot water, coffee, and tea also provided. The hotel is located near the Central Market, about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day; they are helpful and can assist with booking taxis via an app. Even if there is a language barrier, they can use the app for translation.

The hotel and service were very enjoyable from the recipes to the breakfast in the room. The cozy rooms, designers managed to combine classic, elegant with the literary and historical retro style inspired by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The mirrors were particularly impressed from the ceiling to the floor. Interesting design in the corridors. The overall atmosphere is intelligent, warm, a little old, but without excessive pompousness. Everything in the hotel is filled with the atmosphere of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin, in the elevator read his poems, in the rooms is a book of poems and even chocolate hand-work with his image. Thank you for the chic breakfasts! ❤️
