Guest UserClean hotel. The staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Great location, a few blocks to the beach. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance. 2-3 blocks to the beach. Breakfast was great, the pool was great. No complaints with my stay.

Отличный отель, расположение самое лучшее, шикарный пляж в двух минутах ходьбы, рядом все магазины и кафе. Приятный завтрак. А главное очень дружелюбный и ответственный персонал. Нам очень понравилось в Пуэрто-Рико благодаря этому отелю!

Guest UserI was not expecting such a run down and basic room for $400 a night. (365 plus 30 resort fee). The parking garage was very confusing and entering an exit took time. The elevator floors were dirty. Everything looked under construction and dirty. Our room was basic and didn’t even have decent bedding, just a quilt. I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in the states with better accommodations than this. If I hadn’t paid so much my expectations wouldn’t have been so high and I would have been okay, but def won’t stay there again. Not for that price!
