Hotels with Breakfast in Mandaue City

The biggest drawback was that the wet and dry separation in the bathroom wasn't great, so water sprayed out. However, the hotel staff were fantastic – friendly, polite, and they immediately helped us with any issues we had. The hotel itself is new and really good. A minor flaw doesn't detract from its overall excellence.

I used to stay here every month in 2013 back when it was relatively new. I loved it here then. Going back here in 2026 though is a different story. The facilities are clearly outdated. No more buffet breakfast. The positive side though is that the people are wonderful, especially the ones who make it a point to send up my food deliveries to my room. They really take the extra mile to do so with courtesy and sincerity. I just wish they do better with lobby and reception area. It feels lifeless and gloomy. The room I stayed in on the seventh floor was clean though and I love the fact that they have a bidet and that they provide bottled water. My room had a ”mini kitchen” with a sink, refrigerator, and a heater. For the price I paid, it was worth it.

The room was spacious and clean, and the TV was large. The staff at the water park, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all very good. The water park is open until 5 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, and hotel guests can enter for free. The facilities are a bit old and geared towards children. The water slides are closed during lunchtime. They also close around 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM, so you need to queue up during opening hours or they'll close quickly. There's nothing around the hotel. I took a Grab to Alaya Shopping Mall, but the traffic was bad, it took a long time, and cost 600 pesos round trip. It's better to buy drinks and other necessities beforehand. The restaurant is clean and the food isn't bad, but the menu is small and not cheap. While the location is isolated, it's about a 10-minute drive to the airport if there's no traffic.

It's a bit disappointing considering the price. The cost performance may not be good. However, they served me breakfast even after the time, and I was able to eat very delicious food. The staff were all friendly, polite, and very attentive. The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. It's a very good hotel, but the only drawback is that it's a bit expensive. The location is perfect.

The beef meat one time too less cooked and the another day overcooked. But I dare not complain because I’m the guest and don’t want trouble the chef there l. The hotel staff is very kind and polite. The pool are very beautiful and the water is refreshing. The bar and restaurant nearby very fair pricing. Just the workers there are very slow but I good environment with live music. I can recommend this hotel for families

Good location It’s neat No elevator

There is a parking space and the price is not bad, but it was a bit uncomfortable to see the cockroaches when it was turned off because of the sound from the air conditioner.
