The Filipino breakfast is mainly served on the balcony. You need to use the instant coffee provided in the room for breakfast. The villa is soundproofed and the drumming outside is heard. The network here is intolerable to me, and the hotel's WIFI24 cannot access the Internet for an hour! The mobile phone Global signal is weak, most of the time can not access the Internet, can not upload documents. During the stay, there was an important remote work. I could take my mobile phone to explore around to see where there was a network signal. It turned out that the global signal of the hotel next to it was very good, and I finished my work outside the hotel next to it. I would not choose here if I knew this network status when booking a room. The hotel introduction page does not provide a truthful description of this network status.

I stayed there before. Then I booked this place again for my friend. He stayed there for more than a week and he had a good experience. Good location near the beach with outside facilities. The only problem he had was the noise in the morning. But he asked to change the room to get more quiet, and the staff agreed to do that.

This place is so lovely in every way. Will 100% stay again and recommend to everyone I know. It’s one of the best stays I’ve had in Southeast Asia. Really special and the staff and ownership are excellent aside from the amazing accommodations and property itself.

Very quiet location a little away (100m) from the main road. Requests or small repairs are taken care of immediately. The breakfast is tailored to the guest's wishes and the entire staff is extremely friendly. I have rarely experienced such warmth, thank you for that. Tours can be booked cheaply directly at the hotel; the driver and guide will cater to all your wishes. The pool, the rooms and the entire complex are very clean, the toilets make a big difference here compared to other resorts, rarely experienced as clean. Motorbikes can be booked directly here at an attractive price The only point of criticism is the lack of a refrigerator/minibar in the upscale rooms and is actually standard in this class. But don't be afraid of warm drinks, you can use the fridge in the kitchen downstairs. In summary, if you want to relax and have a great atmosphere, this is the right place for you.

I stayed at this resort for four nights and five days, one night. It is a room facing the seaside garden where you can directly see the coral white sand island. It is very enjoyable. There is a huge toilet, sofa, kitchen, refrigerator, etc. The room has air conditioning, TV, ceiling fan, toilet, ventilation fan, etc. Toiletries can also be provided upon request. The boss is a Westerner, who looks like someone from France and Italy. The wife of the boss is a local and seems to be a very capable woman. The overall service is very good, but because of the island relationship, power outages and network instability are very common things, as island players know (luxury hotels like Madai are not included in the comparison). If there is no internet in the evening, go and chat with the waiter at the English corner. There is a tall waitress with a nice smile. She is lively and fun. She is a fan of domestic idol dramas. She is shy when talking about Chinese male stars. Face. The recommended dinner of chicken and mushroom pasta was the best thing I had in that time (see picture). They are also very active in planning and helping to order TukTuk or multicab. We even got to know each other later and even helped me inquire about the price of the Cebu city tour after I left the hotel, which was very considerate. The hotel guests are mainly Westerners and middle-class local guests. There is also a motorcycle rental service (it is recommended that you know how to drive a motorcycle and have a domestic driver's license. For others, it is recommended to rent a driver because there are many mountain roads and it is not safe).

Our quick stay was nice. The pool was spectacular! We enjoyed it so much! Our room was okay. We were initially offered with a bigger room as there were 5 of us but we chose to stay in the 4 person cabana as we found the bigger room stuffy and the toilet was sunken. The receptionist was very nice and quick to respond to this request. Our cabana was fine but the hotel could look into ”child proofing” the room as the double deck corners are a bit dangerous. We had to wrap the corners with bath towels. The sliding doors of the toilet and shower room could also do a little maintaining as they were already rusty. We loved the garden and surrounding area. It was so serene and gave us a very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for morning coffee. The chicken bbq we had for dinner by the pool area was very tasty. Our breakfast was okay. The location is good. It's not too far from the airport and walkable distance to the White Beach Port (around 30 mins) and restaurants. There's also a scooter renting place in front of the hotel entrance. The staff were very warm and helpful. They allowed us to store luggage in the reception area upon checkout while we went to the White Beach and wait for pick up. Kudos to Benj and Grace for their top-notch hospitality and honesty! We highly recommend this for a budget friendly stay.

The property is beach front and it has a magnificent view of both the sunrise and sunset; the staff is friendly and the service is great, too. If you are looking for a tropical and boho chic vibe, check out this property. I wanted to book the room with provate bath and toilet but they are fully booked so i booked the one with shared bath and toilet. Certainly, it didn’t disappoint. The rooms is spacious with basic amenity. I’m looking forward to booking since I’ll surely Camiguin!

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable environment. Our first room had issues with the AC, but the staff promptly addressed the problem by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. The location, however, is not very convenient as it is a bit far from the city center. Dining options nearby are limited, with no decent restaurants within walking distance. On the positive side, motorbike and car rentals are available, and the companies will deliver the vehicles directly to the hotel. The staff also assist in contacting these rental providers.
