Guest User我這次對這一家的服務真的有點覺得糟糕，雖然發生事情有解決，但是我覺得這件事情是不應該發生的，也就是說我已經從你們這個網站來預訂房間已經都預訂好了，而且沒有任何的回應說我的房間被取消或者是任何的訊息都沒有，我到了那邊直接跟我說沒房間了，剛開始我就跟他用我已經預訂了的這個訴求與拿出證據來給他看他看都不看後來另外一位類似像工作人員的女士來幫忙會講英文，才幫我轉借到另外一家旅館
