Waiting a long line for check in front desk not friendly not professional, the room is big and good view but is outdated shower room even worst than the motel will never going to this hotel again

The Moorish architecture of this resort is exotic and creative. It feels like living in a Mediterranean village. The staff treated us lovingly like family.
We look forward to going next year and staying 2 weeks

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but need to improve on the maintenance in the rooms.
The sink was clogged and when the toilet was flushed smelled bad.

We have been staying at Las Hadas for the past 8 years. It is absolutely beautiful! Recently they updated the beach chairs and have done a great job maintaining the property. We love it here!

Very beautiful resort. However, the staff could've spoke better English. The beach was beautiful and the pool. No hot water in the room/shower. Would possibly stay again

Beautiful views from any location at the hotel. The room had a big terrace, table and 2 chairs, it would be nice if it had an umbrella. The bathroom needs a little more renovation. There is a coffee maker in the room but only 2 pods a day are included (1 decaf and 1 regular), we asked for both regular and next day we got it why not provide 2 decaf and 2 regular. There is a fair amount of stairs and walking required within the hotel. the grounds are beautiful and very well groomed.

We've been coming to Las Hadas for 30 years. Still quiet, elegant and beautiful. We had an all-inclusive suite right on the beach with a private pool on our patio. Food is good in four restaurants. No direct flights to Manzanillo from the US. Best flight is on Volaris from CBX (US side of TIJ) non-stop to Colima and a one-hour shuttle to the hotel.
