VvickyshineI booked this hotel last minute after having a terrible experience with my initial reservation. I had first booked the Four Points by Sheraton, but I was truly appalled by their front desk and the overall area. It was absolutely horrendous, from the location to the service. I quickly canceled that booking, despite incurring a 1800 cancellation fee, and immediately switched to this hotel! Upon arrival, I was so glad I made the change. Otherwise, spending three nights in that Four Points by Sheraton area would have been utterly miserable.
This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Galleria Mall, with a direct underground link from B1. It's perfect for dining, catching a movie, and all sorts of entertainment. If you're visiting Suwon, this is definitely a great place to stay. Getting to Starfield takes about 50 minutes due to traffic, even though it's only 7 km away – traffic is the main bottleneck.
The area around Suwon Station is much livelier, with plenty of late-night food options. However, around this hotel, you'll find virtually no restaurants open after 11:30 PM.

* **Facilities:** Excellent.
* **Ambiance:** Comfortable.
* **Service:** Far superior to the Four Points by Sheraton in the same area. Both hotels are similarly priced, so seriously, avoid the Four Points! There, they wouldn't even give us a room until 3 PM, whereas here, we were able to check in at 2 PM as soon as we arrived.

BBuyouThe room was quite spacious, and the location was incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. There's also a park right next door, perfect for a workout. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, a truly great experience!

TTai_GongWe were stranded in Suwon due to torrential rain and ended up booking this hotel last minute. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we even had a view of the trains. What's more, the second floor offers direct access to both the shopping mall and the train station, which was incredibly convenient.

HHelen-9The hotel is very new and the room is very big. The location is also convenient, with many food nearby. The breakfast is rich, with both Western and Korean styles. I will come again next time. There are many Indians because there is a Samsung company nearby.

HHelen-9The location is fantastic, just a 5-6 minute walk directly from the subway station. There's a spacious Starbucks on the ground floor. The room wasn't particularly large, but it was impeccably clean. Disposable slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, so remember to bring your own.

The front desk lady is very nice
It was said that it was 4 pm to check in, but it arrived early and checked in.
It was already more than one o'clock in the afternoon. I asked if there was a delicious restaurant next to it. I was very enthusiastic about recommending it. When we arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant also said that the hotel specially called and said that there were guests to eat.
When I came back, I had to take the airport bus to the airport. I was afraid that there was no place. I took the initiative to help me book a ticket on my mobile phone, and printed it out and made an appointment for the next day's taxi.
The other staff were also very enthusiastic.
The room is large, the Korean hotel room is generally small, this hotel is an exception.
The location is also good, walking distance from the Suwon District Government Subway Station.
It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi from the airport bus N4000 Terminal (Dongshuiyuan). About Korean won 6000-7000. About thirty yuan like this.
There is a cafe downstairs and restaurants around. Can not go to the supermarket home plus

LLynneI had a very good rest! Even in the middle of heavy snowfall, the room was very warm. I really like warm rooms in winter. I would love to stay here again! It's a little far away from the bus terminal and from the train station, but it was possible to get to these places via the bus services. I loved the nearby walls/fort.

SSolo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
