Hotels with Breakfast in Seongnam

The facilities are generally clean and pleasant since it's a relatively new building. There was a slight new building smell, but it wasn't too bothersome. The breakfast was also delicious and satisfying. However, during my stay, someone – I'm not sure if it was another guest or a stranger – rang my doorbell multiple times in the early hours of the morning, which was frightening and kept me from sleeping properly. I tried calling the front desk several times to check on this, but couldn't get through, which was disappointing. Also, I was quite taken aback when they tried to charge me for the phone calls I made to the front desk about this incident when I was checking out! While the facilities were great, it seems like improvements are needed in their night-time response and customer service.

I stayed in a 2-bedroom suite for about a week and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suite was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a longer stay. One thing to note: the bathtub is quite deep, which might be a challenge for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Breakfast: a good mix of Western and Korean options, all well-prepared and tasty. The coffee, in particular, was excellent — probably the best I’ve had at a hotel. Reception staff were polite(mostly... except the one male reception who deline on advice...) If you plan visit downtown in Seoul it might be quite far. Would recommend for families or longer stays, just keep the bathroom design in mind depending on your needs.

I made a second reservation because of the great location, and as expected, the facilities were clean and comfortable. It was also conveniently located with restaurants and other amenities nearby.

First of all, it was very clean and spacious, which was nice. However, the room is not soundproof at all, so it's noisy. I can hear the sound of chairs being pulled up and the sound of people using the bathroom.ㅜ And since they also run a large room, there's a cleaning cart that goes around the hallway even after check-in, which seems to contribute to the noise. However, it was close to Jeongja Station, so it was convenient to use.

Room is clean, but the shower and bathtub area is doorless with glass from ceiling down. The sitting toilet has a glass door. The location is convenient as there are many eating places but it is 40mins away from the usual tourist places. It is near the train station. There is Airport Express bus stop about 5-10 mins away, however, it is best to do a reservation for your departure.
