The building is old, but it is clean and well-maintained.
The only inconvenience was that the air conditioning could not be individually adjusted, but other than that, there were no other inconveniences. There was also an air purifier.
It is located along the train tracks, so the train noise is quiet, but not at a level that bothers you.
We were given a welcome drink and curry, as well as 24-hour coffee service. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of homemade tofu and side dishes.
