WWenteererWe were actually the first guests in the hotel... and we were given flowers
The service is really good! It's right in front of the family cable car, so convenient.
The room is also very comfortable. This time I stayed in two rooms with complete facilities.
You can watch Netflix directly on the TV, and there is a private bath in the room.
After skiing, soak in the snow and resurrect with full blood.

GGuest UserWonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

CconlinleeThe best choice for those who want to see snow and play in the snow but not ski in Niseko. The hotel is very quiet. There are only 18 rooms. The room you book includes breakfast and dinner. There are ********* service staff who can speak Chinese. Once you arrive at the hotel, they will give you a detailed introduction to the arrangements for breakfast and dinner and hotel details. Breakfast is a 2-choice Chinese/Western set meal, and dinner has Japanese Sukiyaki/Western choices (four adults chose 2 Sukiyaki and 2 Western dishes, which were very delicious).
The room is 75 square meters, and the design is very user-friendly. There is even a washing machine in each room. You can see the snow scenery of Mt. Yotei by opening the balcony door. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot spring. It is really worth staying for 1-2 nights.
The hotel also has 24-hour tea and refreshments in the lobby. There is also a Japanese-made handicraft area for sale.
There is a large area of snow just outside the hotel, and children can have a lot of fun.
In short, it is a very memorable and recommended Japanese inn.

Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc.
We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos.
The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel.
The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware.
The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance. 
This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is great, within walking distance to both Hirafu ski resort and the Sansuitei restaurant! However, the hotel's hygiene management is poor. Over two days, they only changed the towels during cleaning; the floors and tables weren't cleaned at all! They just folded the comforter! I really should have planned ahead and booked a homestay. This trip was quite rushed, so I guess I'm lucky I even got a room and didn't have to sleep on the street 😂! All I can say is... everyone, plan ahead, as this place isn't cheap! The front desk offers services in Chinese, English, Thai, and Japanese.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers great value for money 🤍. The staff are all very polite and helpful, especially those in the hotel restaurant. The buffet selection isn't huge, but the food quality is quite good. The room was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. Having a private hot spring bath in the room was incredibly relaxing 🤍. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit remote, making transportation inconvenient for those without a car. There's a small shop on the ground floor of the hotel selling souvenirs and snacks. It's about a 5-minute walk uphill from the hotel to the Grand Hirafu Base ski area.

JJasonsyhA very affordable lodge to book if you intend to snowboard/ski for long! Although location is slightly far from hirafu and other mountains, they offer bus services there. Also there is free shuttle buses back from the mountains which stops opposite the lodge!

GGuest UserThis hotel is really great. It is in the snow field. There is breakfast every day. The focus is on the Chinese counter. The Chinese counter is really good. ⋯ We have encountered many problems and helped us solve them. Even after checking out, we have to go to another hotel and send a car to send us there. It is really good ⋯ us. The ticket that can't be booked on the Internet to return to the airport is also handled by them. 😭 In the future, the Second Valley will only come to their house. Fortunately, this trip has counter assistance.
