"It is a great place to have a central location and explore the center of Olbia on foot. The staff is very attentive and helpful and the hotel shows that it has been renovated. There are small details that could be improved:
1. The mattress is horrible and very uncomfortable, I don't know if it is because it is old or because it is of poor quality.
2. The bathroom had a damaged toilet handle.
3. When they clean the room, they do it with dirty water and then even if they clean the floor it smells and you have to ventilate it.
As a recommendation, it is better to have a room facing the back street, which is quieter than the main street."

Little wonderful place on a hill in the countryside. Staff is amazing and tries to fulfill all your wishes.
Highly recommend also the food in the two restaurants. The chef is a magician and knows what he is doing.

Guest UserThe hotel is good for a city hotel. The pool on the ground floor is quite warm and not very appealing, partly due to being covered. The pool at the roof bar is more like a kiddie pool. The massage was excellent. The restaurant food was very good; unfortunately, we couldn't get a table the following evening and had to eat out. When we returned, there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant??? But we also had a great meal outside.

We had an amazing stay at your hotel in Sardinia! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable.
But what really made our stay stand out was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always willing to lend a hand and made us feel right at home.
We would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Sardinia. Thank you for your hospitality and we can't wait to come back!

We booked one night stay at this beautiful hotel, our room was very big and comfortable, with a small balcony, even though it was on the ground floor. Breakfast was good, with a limited options, a lady was very friendly and caring as my friend was not feeling well in the morning. Location is very good close to station and city centre.

It belongs to the old apartment type, so the sound insulation is relatively poor. During my stay, I have been hearing heavy footsteps upstairs. I can hear them clearly at 11/12 at night, which greatly affects sleep. I wanted to communicate with the guests upstairs. I went to find that the room is not the same as the downstairs. pattern, I can't tell which voice it is, I can stop

The rooms are new, the facilities are good, the swimming pool and fitness facilities are complete, it is not far from the airport, there are many types of breakfast, many locals choose this place as a holiday resort

Excellent quiet location near shops, restaurants and cafes. Free parking as a bonus, staffs were helpful.
I would like to thanks one of the housekeeper for an extra pillow as a surprise without us asking

Good standard hotel with spacious if somewhat dated but clean rooms and a nice pool with bar. Great location if you want to be close to Olbia Terranova train station as it’s next door. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the old town. Rooms do not have soundproofing so not ideal for light sleepers. I arrived at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready between 2and 3p. As check-in officially starts at 2pm I sat down and waited patiently only to see some other guests get a room straight away. At 2:15pm a Dutch guest kicked up a fuss when he was told his room wasn’t ready and he too was then given a room. At this point I protested (having waited for 1hr30) and then also got a room. Whilst the reception staff were friendly this was not a great check-in experience.

All excellent. Totally properly to the guest, all staff super careful to any questions . Mr. Luca is a number one as his receptionmate. Various and abundant breakfast. wide and comfortable rooms. I will certainly return to Colonna Palace Hotel de Via Montello.
