They couldn't find our reservation. Very bad administration. We had to wait 30 minutes till they find our reservation and they even didn't apologize.

I visited from dehradun. Believe me stay was super amazing. Special credit goes to the staff including guard - so humble so friendly. Prime location. Easily accessible. Nice property. Food & service was great. Room was clean & specious housekeeping was absolutely proper. I will definitely recommend this property either you are coming with friends or family, you should once stay here. A lucky owner to have such a staff!

Pleasant stay, suite rooms are quite spacious, nice location for travellers and tourists i. E. Near highway. Buffet breakfast with lots of dishes. Hotel staff are supportive and coordial.

Very close to railway station so convenient if you have to catch a train during early and late hours. The rooms are clean and the property has a period feel to it like from old british times with its quirky wooden furniture, paintings and artefacts. Makes one feel at home quickly. The owners are friendly and welcoming. If an opportunity arises will definitely stay again.

Booked for family. We were shifted to another hotel of the same group which was recently constructed . It had mosquitoes in the room and after repeated requests a repellant was provided. No restaurant in the new place . Had to order food from outside. Breakfast was given at the old hotel and it was good.

The hotel staff at that night was drunk even after many times he has not given me 1 water even and i was whole night without water
bathroom was without hot water and with bucket they provide me hot water all toilet system were faulty tv was not working as it was not charged with subscription even request to room changed staff argued too much and my room was not changed although almost 80 % rooms were vacant pathetic and terrible.

We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days, they there is no hot water running in tap. They are giving hot water bucket on request. Even some stuffs are not available in room. They never came for room cleaning. Overall experience is ok. The staff is cooperative and food which we ordered in room is also average in taste
