Very nice hotel. Hotel room is very nice. Room service excellent. Room service boy behaviour very good and Hotel reception boy behaviour very good. Hotel restaurant boys behaviour good.

The location is near the old digha beach, and you could catch glimpses of the sea from our 2nd floor room. The food we had in the hotel were good. However the reception staff was rude to us from the beginning, they had a miscommunication and didnt receive our booking, even though we booked a month in advance. They served us one meal after 2 hours, the boy at the kitchen phone did not place the order. We asked for an extra mattress/cot but did not get one. The room and toilet was clean, but fixtures broken, etc. Minimum amenities: 1 towel, 1 soap. High priced, considering we paid 2250 with tax.
