Outstanding
PPANCHALNice place. Our booking was upgraded to ”premier cottage” or ”tent rooms”.
Staff is very courteous. RATES ARE CHEAP. VERY REASONABLE.
They sent ”golf cart” and ”resort car” to rooms promptly whenever was asked.
Food at restaurant zaika was very good.
Rooms were nice and clean.
4.5 stars
Scope for improvement:
The remaining premises, especially the indoor play area, can be maintained better.

GGuest UserAn amazingly gorgeous property. Room large and spotless. Grounds are carefully kept and a pleasure to walk around. But even better is the service. Everyone was so quick to respond to every need and accommodate from my food timing requests to transportation assistance. The food is amazing and will cater to your spice level preference. The manager even gave me a blanket to take with me in my early morning safari when he noticed I was not properly prepared for the chilly weather. Overall a wonderful experience!

CCory RobertWe stayed in a safari tent and experience glamping for the first time. The bed and linens were most comfortable. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We had an issue with the shower head and it was rectified quickly. The electricity went out frequently but only for brief periods.
The staff was attentive and kind. I would recommend this place for people on a Sariska safari to Tehla gate.

GGuest UserIf any couple want to have a peaceful days and service on a beacon call being done at its finest with the food to make you feel great, this is the place to be. Just be careful for monsoon season as you will be restricted to do lot of activities

GGuest UserHi, The property in itself is excellent. Though the last mile needs to be improved as it is kuccha and bumpy ride for about 3km. Well maintained and manicured garden areas and terraces. Food quality though good only but needs improvement.
The major con was we provided rooms where construction work was being done up to late evening on just the upper floor above which was very much of disturbing and spoiled over peace despite our complaint.

GGuest UserVisited Alwar with family recently and stayed @ Cygnett after checking a few properties. Though located on bypass road, the rooms were spacious & cozy, food was delicious & staff was courteous. Fully enjoyed our stay. Recommend to must visit City Palace/Moosi Maharani in evening (before sunset) for awesome photography.
