"We had a wonderful time in Bat Galim Boutique Hotel and would recommend it to everybody. Staying at the hotel you will find it very easy to get anywhere in the town. We enjoyed very much the breakfast in the lovely arranged lobby area. Our room was not that big, but it was totally okay for two people. Unfortunately, the lock to the bathroom didn't work and the door was not closing completely. I had to use the garbage bin just to keep it shut. Otherwise, the room was clean and we found there all the amenities we needed."

乔乔戈里K2The hotel is overall great and should be the best hotel in Haifa. Breakfast is very rich, there is a charge for the parking lot downstairs, the room has a balcony, facing the harbour, below is the sky garden. It was a lot of hours for us to wait for more than an hour in the afternoon. This is very uncomfortable.

Хочется выразить благодарность менеджеру отеля, очень отзывчивый, приветливый, помогал по всем вопросам, в том числе организовал трансфер в аэропорт Тель-Авива.
В отеле закрытая территория с кодовым замком. Рекомендую после бронирования связаться с отелем и уточнить код для входа на территорию.
Отличный отель, небольшой уютный номер.
Отель расположен в непосредственной близости от моря, пляжа, промината.
В пешей доступности (минут 20) пещера пророка Ильи, до Бахайского храма и центра города около 3-4 км, гуляла пешком.
В номере чисто, есть холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, кондиционер, шампуни, крем для тела, полотенца меняли каждый день, номер убирали тоже каждый день.
В отеле есть бесплатные пляжные полотенца, можно брать на море. На рецепшене бесплатный кофе, чай, фрукты. В стоимость входит завтрак.

After the praise, I have not talked about the lack of it. The overall service has not kept up with its hardware facilities. We speak English and barely communicate with the front desk. We checked in earlier and the room was not ready, so we put the luggage at the front desk and went out. When I came back later to take the key and take the luggage, I actually gave us other people's luggage. We said that these were not ours. After we lived in the room, there was actually a waiter who took the two luggages that were not ours and sent them over 🤨 There are no paper towels in the room. We ordered takeaway and didn't have tableware. We wanted to borrow tableware from the hotel. We didn't send it for a long time. The service really needs to be improved. 🤨

阿阿兰胡埃斯史万岁The wealthy area on the top of the mountain is uniquely located, and there is nothing to be around. The Bay View Room is very satisfactory. The price is very good, the attitude of the hotel staff is also good! The breakfast was very good, I liked their aunty, and the salad was delicious. I will stay in Haifa later. The only trouble is that Ctrip has already paid online, but said that it has not received the payment. After that, Ctrip contacted Booking and said that it was the reason for the recipient. I hope that I will not be deducted twice, and I am annoyed. Since this is not the case, I am not as good as BOOKING.
