Also, breakfast could be upgraded; use tea bags for the tea and get a capsule coffee maker so guests can make their own. Even though it's a 2-star hotel, it still has 5-star standard facilities, and the service so far has been excellent.

ayiktamaThis is a 4-star hotel, and everything was great, except for the bathroom shower which really needs to be replaced. The water flow was all over the place. Also, there's no bidet spray for ablution. Overall, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

Near LRT station so eady to get from and to the airport cheaply as well as to other major places in Palembang.
Ehailing service also easy to get.
Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday.
Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK.
Considering everything, will come afain.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

They prepared it, and it's a great service for anyone with an early flight. The only downside is the limited parking; if you arrive late, you might not find a spot for your car.
