GGuest UserArrived at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport around 5 AM and booked the Guangzhou Yingbin International Hotel last minute via Trip.com. To my surprise, the hotel staff responded incredibly quickly and immediately arranged a shuttle to safely bring us to the hotel to rest, which was truly reassuring.

WW.A.W.A.NHad a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive.
My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.

Ehailing service also easy to get.
Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday.
Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK.
Considering everything, will come afain.

Pros :
+ super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks
+ mini gym with some good equipments for working out
+ sofa on the room
+ comfy beds with large pillows
Cons :
- the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard
- when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

PPenikmat JalananI stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

GGuest UserThis hotel has so much potential. Some parts require some renovations to make it look more presentable and not too outdated. But the staffs were nice and helpful. Price and location also the best. Many available must-eat food nearby.

WwikcantikThe room was comfortable, the only problem was that the door was difficult to open because I had to call housekeeping and the bathroom was a bit lacking because the water in the drain took a long time to go down so it was a bit muddy and really wet
