GGuest UserОчень любили мы этот отель в особенности потому что вкусная еда. Не скроем до ковида все было еще шикарнее. Но и сейчас хорошо. Пляж хороший песчаный, но в самом море мелкие камушки. Море очень хорошее - чистое и достаточно быстро глубокое, то есть очень удобно заходить. Не понравилось что в номере нет халатов. Позвонили и попытались заказать, но нам что- то сказали про 50 евро за халат. Ребят, вы серьезно? В 5 звездах надо просить халат и платить 50 евро. Возможно мы не так поняли и с нас просили депозит. Но это тоже глупость. Если так, то сказали бы при заселении. А еще попросили кредитную карту при заселении, возможно, если что-то украдешь, не заплатишь. Кредитной не было, дали дебетовую. Ну все равно - осадочек остался, могло ж и такой не быть- санкции однако. Ну, короче, непонятно теперь поедем ли мы снова сюда.

GGuest UserFantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

GGuest UserThis was an amazing resort, the staff were super friendly and it was all really nice & clean. The Mountain View from our room was great during sunset. The waterpark was a lot of fun, even for adults. The buffet food wasn’t amazing for vegetarians, but went down really well for my partner who ate meat. I think map or better signage would be helpful to show where all the amenities are as well as the schedule for the activities/shows.

Very well maintained outdoor facilities including swimming pool with whirlpool.
Great small restaurant at the pool with very friendly staff. Rich breakfast offer.
Small supermarket with the most needed also on the ground.
Very nice apartments in the renovated part of the facility.
Cheap and clean apartments in the unrenovated part.
Free Shuttle Service several times a day to Faliraki.
House animals allowed 👍
We felt very well with a little dog there!

GGuest UserThe location is great. It is very close to the beach. The rooms are OK, but beware of the marble floors, as they may become slippery. You have to buy or bring your own shampoo, body wash and soap. Overall good, but lots of room for improvement.
