Great
CcadeeperConveniently located. There are hotel signs on the airport's departure level, but not on the arrival level, so you need to go up one floor.
It's in the same building as Express, and the breakfast is probably more extensive. This time, at the Crowne Plaza breakfast, I had leafy greens. There were also three or four types of yogurt, including self-serve from a large bowl, and individual packaged ones too. The fruit selection was the most I've seen at a UK breakfast, and there was a wide variety of cheeses. I even tried blue cheese for the first time and realized it tastes a bit like fermented bean curd. There were also three or four kinds of cold cuts/ham. But what I value most is the vegetables 🥬.
The menu shown is for dinner.
GGuest UserI was there earlier than the advertised check in but the lovely gentleman on the front desk was kind enough to allow me to get my room key right then.
After travelling for almost 48 hours I welcomed a hot shower and some cool sheets.
Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to leave after said shower and never got to sample the bed. But from three previous stays in this particular hotel I knew I would have an excellent nights sleep
GGuest UserI booked a non-refundable room, but due to flight delays, my travel plans changed, and I couldn't check in on time. I contacted the hotel multiple times afterward, hoping to negotiate a change of dates or get some assistance. However, the hotel refused to issue a refund and wouldn't agree to change the dates. Despite numerous attempts, I got nowhere. Overall, the service experience was quite disappointing.
AAnonymous UserThe room was amazing and clean. It had a nice aroma.
The staff were polite and helpful too. Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal because we didn't want to go into London and it was bang on the exit from London.
KKimI do like the location although I did need my car or a taxi to go out. I really like being able to wander outside in the lovely grounds from ground floor room.
The lovely wild flower borders to entry's is very inspiring.
Even with a large wedding party it was very quiet at night. That was impressive as there were cars everywhere and still room for my little car.
I could have done with a shower cap as I was soaked in rain shower and normal shower combination. I can't quite see the point of that but if you have the knack of switching them both off I guess it's a thing nowaday.
GGuest UserWe literally needed a place to 'crash' that was very handy for flights and this hotel is certainly it. You would not know you were in an airport but I would not recommend if you are claustrophobic. Rooms are very small with no windows.
KKrameraStayed here several times before & would definitely be staying here again. Great location with easy access to all Heathrow terminals, nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms, nice bar which is open 24 hours with a good restaurant to complement. Staff are super helpful & friendly, breakfast offers a very good selection.
GGuest UserBecause of the positive reviews, I chose to stay at this place. The location is a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which is not too bad. The hotel is also not far from the airport and the subway line is rather convenient. However, I had to wait for 20 minutes when checking in, and parking required an additional fee. The price was not particularly cheap either. There weren't many amenities nearby. This place might be suitable for business trips, but overall, it's just an average chain hotel.
GGuest UserStaying at this hotel during my London trip was truly the best choice. The staff always greeted me with a smile, making me feel right at home, and the room was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, especially, was made with fresh ingredients, making me look forward to it every morning. The location was also great, making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. If I visit London again, I definitely want to stay here!
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not far from the kew bridge. The road is under construction at the door. The house is built on the left side of the hotel. There are restaurants to eat, etc., and there is gairl coffee, which is quite convenient. The hotel itself has a consistent style, breakfast is still more, the room is large, the overall business trip is more suitable, that is, the summer holiday is not beautiful.
