Yes, this accommodation really surprised us.
The room and bathroom was larger as expected and spotless clean.
Bed comfortably and we had a good night sleep.
Breaky included….Yes.
All selfservice with fresh baguette and croissants
More then we have expected since we normally never order breakfast
The care taker was also very friendly and helpful
Finally got a road side car park spot infront of the door for 5 euro till 9:00am next morning
All in all we would highly recommend this place and the price was reasonable good for what is delivered

Excellent geographical location, easy access . Correct breakfast, possibility of working in the common space. Good literature.
Attention : Room 2 . It is also visiblely storage space , it is cold , the household and especially the dust have been omitted in some places. The door closes badly, the alarm starts, the platform that was informed of the matter must be called and told me how to do. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable . In terms of security , it is necessary to inform the travellers in advance of the location of this room compared to the rest of the hotel .

very nice and classic Hotel in the very center of Orleans. Nice and well equiped room and good service. to reach the Hotel by car You have to enter the pedestrian area and pass a check point... A great feature is the historic elevator in the stairway!

The hotel room is divided into about two rows, there is a row close to the rails,  The train will be a bit noisy after passing by. 
The hotel parking lot is very wide and the car distance is very large.  Parking is very convenient.
