Yes, this accommodation really surprised us.
The room and bathroom was larger as expected and spotless clean.
Bed comfortably and we had a good night sleep.
Breaky included….Yes.
All selfservice with fresh baguette and croissants
More then we have expected since we normally never order breakfast
The care taker was also very friendly and helpful
Finally got a road side car park spot infront of the door for 5 euro till 9:00am next morning
All in all we would highly recommend this place and the price was reasonable good for what is delivered

Nous avons passés une nuit avec petit déjeuner.
L'hôtel possède un grand parking fort appréciable quand vous arrivez avec un véhicule.
La chambre était spacieuse et donnait sur le cour d'eau à l'avant du bâtiment.
L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique et la Cathédrale d'Orléans.
Bon petit déjeuner et copieux.

Guest UserThe hotel price is really nothing to say, clean and tidy, there is a microwave oven, basic kitchenware, you can cook for yourself. The only thing that is not so good is that there is some noise around. I don't know if it is a special situation or something. I have been clearing the trash can to collect the trash can in the early morning. It is really noisy and noisy. There is also a loud noise in the hotel refrigerator, but the overall is good.

Excellent geographical location, easy access . Correct breakfast, possibility of working in the common space. Good literature.
Attention : Room 2 . It is also visiblely storage space , it is cold , the household and especially the dust have been omitted in some places. The door closes badly, the alarm starts, the platform that was informed of the matter must be called and told me how to do. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable . The hotel room is divided into about two rows, there is a row close to the rails,  The train will be a bit noisy after passing by. 
The hotel parking lot is very wide and the car distance is very large.  Parking is very convenient.
