Very friendly and young staff, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes etc.

JjasperThe location of the hotel is okay. You can go to the city through the underground passage of the train station next to it. The urban area is not big and there is not much to visit. The Bus Castle Cable Car will not be open until March 2024!

Colazione molto buona ma un po' semplice per il prezzo.
Manca la macchinetta del caffè in stanza, però in reception è sempre disponibile il distributore di bevande calde (così come frutta, acqua e torta).
Se dovessi tornare a Grenoble molto probabilmente tornerei qui.

11390102****#positive #I was happy with the Nearby activities, Safety, Toiletries, Nearby shops, Location, Value for money; This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in during my many business trips and private tours in France, of course, in terms of cost performance. In particular, I stayed in room 502, a duplex apartment with a 15-square-meter balcony, where I could see the snow-capped mountains and cliffs on both sides of the east and west. I stayed for three days and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset of the snow-capped Albis Mountains. The sun dyed the snow-capped mountains into colorful colors at different times, with endless changes. The moon on the 15th of the month rose from behind the snow-capped mountains in the evening, and the sun and the moon shone together. The long-lost starry sky in the night sky appeared before my eyes. It was really beautiful, spectacular, and charming. We made our own dinner and brought it to the table on the balcony. With the sun and the moon accompanying us, we looked up at the starry sky and spent an unforgettable day of sightseeing. Thank you, Geller, thank you, Jiale Apartment Hotel! We agreed to come again next time, stay in this hotel again, and stay in room 502 again.

GGuest UserHello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.
