"The hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the train station, but it's on the old Line 13. It's a short 20-minute walk to Saint Laza. The hotel is relatively small, but it has windows and is fairly quiet. The cleanliness is just average. However, the male receptionist was very friendly; he even brought us a cafe and bread when we checked out."

"I am giving you my opinion to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my stay in your establishment on 06/12/2023, under reservation number ***********.
I checked into your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. It is important to note that breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had no intention of having it.
This behavior is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the standards of customer service expected in an establishment of your reputation. I was left in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, without any explanation or adequate assistance to resolve the problem.
I request clarification on this situation and, more importantly, corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future with other customers. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the actions you plan to take in response to this unpleasant experience.
I hope you will take this complaint seriously to improve the quality of your service in the future"

I appreciated the clean, minimalist decor and the stunning city view from the window. The bathroom was spotless, with plush towels and generous toiletries – no complaints there!
On the plus side, the hotel's location is unbeatable: just a short walk from [landmark/metro station/restaurants]. Breakfast at the on-site café was a highlight – fresh pastries, fruits, and made-to-order eggs for a reasonable included price. The gym was well-equipped for a quick morning workout, and housekeeping kept everything impeccable without being intrusive.

SSemenGood hotel! I definitely recommend it, one of the main advantages is the location and the presence of a small, but quite cozy SPA. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
You just need to book the time in advance to visit, but this is already included in the price of the room. The hotel itself is located in a very picturesque place, there is a bakery with delicious coffee and a fruit and vegetable shop nearby.
Also nearby are shops and the metro.
Of the minuses, there was not enough bartender at the counter, the same people serve as at the reception. The first day there were young guys, the service was fast and good, and on the second day the employee clearly did not know what to do ... he poured wine into champagne glasses and generally spent a long time figuring out what was where and what.
The room is excellent, not big, but cozy and clean.
The bathroom has great lighting, it doesn't blind your eyes, especially important in the evening)))
The breakfasts are good, but it would be nice to have an automatic juicer, otherwise there is always a queue and a sea of aerolitic juice, because obviously not everyone knows how to squeeze juice😁
But there are clearly more advantages. The price/quality ratio is excellent!

PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning.
CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem.
Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

Amenities are pretty basic but the breakfast if selected was tasty.

GGuest UserThe hotel is OK. There is a password at the entrance. I booked a standard room with a kitchen. The room has kitchenware, microwave, induction cooker, tableware, refrigerator, which feels good. I don't have high requirements. It's far from the subway station. I heard from customers that it's not safe nearby at night, but I don't know if I've been out at night. I didn't encounter any problems when I went out during the day. The nearby supermarket is more than a kilometer away.
