Good situation, we also had a good room. After one good experience and quiet nights in October, we were less lucky this time: In 3 out of 5 nights we had to intervene because of noise in the neighbour rooms. One night, a couple came home around 2:30 h in the night and the woman started loud phoning - no way to sleep. Another chapter: the employees. While 80 % were friendly and doing good work, 2 of them lost control of their behaviour when I made an admittedly provocative remark. One was yelling behind us in the breakfast room, the other came down to insult my wife while she knew I was gone. Clearly no professional behaviour. The reason had ben that at two occasions they were on the ”wrong” floor chatting while they were expected to work at their position.

All the hotel staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful most spoke very good English or understood our poor French. Breakfast selection was good and the rooms were kept clean with fresh towels daily. The location is quiet but there are some very good bars and restaurants nearby. The metro station and. Supermarket are close by. We would definitely recommend to others to stop there when visiting Paris on a budget. We got a taxi from Charles du Gaulle Airport and it was 55 Euros flat fee and 63 euros when we returned which we felt was good value as there were 4 of us

The hotel is located in a great location, near the metro and markets, but it requires a little departure to stay there. We stayed for 6 days and our room was never clean in that period. The reception was closed at 24 hours and was closed almost every time we needed. We were on the first floor and a canoe with the discharge of the bathroom from other rooms passed through ours, making morning noise. We are because we really did not have great problems with it, but any traveler a little more demanding would have been stuck by these conditions.

Superbe hôtel aux chambres originales et très sympa niveau déco, fonctionnelles et avec tout ce qu'il faut. Nous avions l'istanbul et elle était parfaitement à notre goût. Propreté impeccable. Literie au top. Les messieurs de l'accueil et les dames du petit déjeuner sont adorables, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très complet. Petit coin spa avec jacuzzi et sauna que nous n'avons pas testé du fait de notre séjour trop court. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Juste un tout petit bémol, le rideau de la fenêtre ne descend pas jusqu'en bas, nous avons été réveillés tôt par le soleil.

Perfect. Excellent service. I just want the management to aknowledge Marina and Ramata, front desk officers, who were friendly, helpful and VERY welcoming !!! I believe that a great welcoming is key and you rarely do a second impression. Ramata and Marina were amazing. Room was clean Friendly staff Great hotel close to Metro Simply perfect.

Everything was amazing! Professionalism to its best! The stuff was so pleasant smiley always there for us to fine the best solution possible to our issues regarding our trip. I will definitely stay again there when I will visit my dear Paris.

The location was brilliant for metro, shops and local flavour to Paris' hustle and bustle. The hotel was as expected from previous reviews. Very modern, clean and compact rooms, but ideal as a sightseeing base. Yes the towels were a bit thin but absorbent. Our room was made up and rubbish emptied daily. There is a bakery and a couple of supermarkets on alighting the metro station around the corner from the hotel. We didn't try breakfast as we like cereals and decaffeinated drinks. A few eateries close by which saved us from the expense of central Paris prices. A special thanks to Fatu who assisted us with some transport difficulties. Just be aware that the metro line 13 into Paris central and back can be very busy especially at peak times. Felt quite safe in this area although didn't travel after dark on metro.

Got back from Paris yesterday after having a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. All staff were extremely polite,smiley and helpful. My initial stay was for 2 nights but I managed to extend to a further night which I have never done before. The hotel is only 5 yrs old so quite new and well maintained. Has modern features like touch showers and coffee machines in the rooms. Very tidy. There is a metro station, buses a couple of cafes and large supermarket all within 5-10 mins walk. For the price and what you get I did not mind staying outside central Paris. For just €8.45 you can get an all day pass (bus and train) for Clichy and Central Paris. Only reason I did not give it a 5 was because the water on the shower was luke warm on 2 days (room 220). Also iron and mini-fridge have to be requested. Special mentions to Louis (night manager) and all three young ladies Iet and made my birthday and stay magical. Please keep it up. I will definitely come again

Dear YAC Hotel Paris Clichy, where should I begin? You guys made my trip memorable beyond my expectations! A trip to Paris is always special but this trip was extra special for me because I had a proposal planned to my girlfriend. As a traveller myself, I always look for Service, Cleanliness, Facilities and Location when it comes to choosing my hotels. I am very picky when it comes to choosing hotels and I have a really high standard then I never compromise. I am from Sweden and had never been to Paris before and I had never heard of YAC Hotel before. I saw that YAC Hotel was a partner of Radisson Hotels and from experience, Radisson Hotels almost never dissappoints. I saw the pictures of YAC Hotel and trusted my gut feeling and booked it for 4 days. Upon our very early arrival around, me and my girlfriend were greeted by two very friendly receptionist. One man called Raouf and one woman whoms name I unfortunately never wrote down. Raouf helped me with the check in and were super friendly, as well as the woman next to him. Me and my girlfriend had the oppurtunity to get an early check in and when my girlfriend went up to the room, Raouf helped me with a reservation for a very fancy restaurant with the most perfect Eiffel Tower view. I told him about my proposal plans and he understood the assignment and helped me with everything I asked for. The room was very clean, the bathroom and the bed most importantly. We asked for Room Service which was good even though I usually prefer to eat at the restaurant. By the evening we went to the restaurant that Raouf booked and by the time we came back to the hotel, me and my girlfriend were engaged. During our stay, all the staff were just absolutley amazing. The staff from the breakfast, the staff from the bar, the staff from the houskeeping and of course the reception. They all noticed our engagement and they showed us the most kindness and respect. It was as if this was a family hotel and me and my fiancee were a part of this family. I have worked in the hotel business for more than 15years, both as a emploee and as a employer. Misstakes in a hotel can happen and unfortunatley sometimes it may not turn out exactly they way the guest wanted to. Even though we as guests want to have the most perfect stay, we should never forget that we are all human and sometimes things could go wrong. The most important thing is that the staff always stays proffessional and helpful. The staff from the reception were so friendly and they made us feel so welcommed that by the end of our stay it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends, not the staff. I am so embarresed that I did not write down any names but surley, they know who they are and once again I want to say thank you! I had high expectations for this apartment, as follows: Upon arrival, there is no mention of the hotel/apartment. It was 10 pm, in a neighborhood I didn't know yet (Clichy) and it was a little dark, very empty. After much searching I managed to get in (I left the car parked in a double row) at the ''reception'', a messy room with a computer. Receiving the keys, I went up to the apartment, and right away I smelled a ''closed place'', which I didn't like. The general appearance is that it had not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately, the photos are very misleading. There were no amenities, not even glasses of wine or Champagne. The impression it gave was that it lacked cleanliness and more attention to detail. I confess that the first night I thought about giving up. But as time went by, I could also see the positives. The view of the park is beautiful, the kitchen, despite the lack of utensils, was large and had a dishwasher, coffee maker and a washer and dryer! We use this kitchen a lot. The small dining table, after we moved it, could be enjoyed a beautiful view of it. There is an intermarche market literally on the ground floor of the building, which is fantastic and helps a lot. I even bought a glass of wine lol! Also noteworthy is the Clichy region, which, despite a bad first impression, is cooler during the day, with boulangeries, chocolatiers, etc. I parked in an Indigo which is 2.5 blocks from the apartment at a cost of 14.50 euros per night, which is excellent. Just wouldn't stay again due to the distance from the historic center of Paris. Unfortunately, taking those Peripherals at 17:00 in the afternoon, we lost almost two hours stopped in traffic.
