In the city, the hotel is an old-fashioned star hotel style, the overall clean front desk service is very good. It is about 10 minutes from the church, Goya Art Museum, the old city wall and the city hall. Very close to EL Corte Ingles, convenient for shopping. Because it is close to the main street, there are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and it is very convenient to eat. After arriving at the hotel, hand the car to the counter and a waiter will help you stop it.

It is 1000 yen to 1500 yen by taxi from the city. This time I used this hotel relatively close to the station because I used the railway, but since it is a taxi to the city and the station, I think the city was good even in a slightly expensive hotel ❗ The response was very good at a beautiful hotel. However, it was troublesome that the cob was not １ in the room.

The state of the entire place gives the unpleasant impression the hotel is about to close down for good. It all is very tired and little welcoming. Nothing has been thought or designed to make travellers comfortable and it looks like management have not spent any money in recent years in this property to improve or even maintain the property to 4 star standards. On the positive side, we booked a suite and it was well worth it. Huge floor to ceiling windows affording great 180° views and a sense of space that made us pleasantly surprised every moment we entrered our room. However, the furniture in the room was completely obsolete. Bed and mattress were from another age, the armchair by the table had no cushion material, bathroom had a 80s design and I can go on like this for every single piece of furniture. On top of this, the large windows had obviously not be washed from the outside for months and were outrageously dirty. Breakfast was a good experience though. The restaurant looked more like a cheap, ageing cafeteria but the food / choice / selection / quality were all above average (except coffee). Great eggs upon order etc. The team for breakfast was massively understaffed but they did a fantastic job / refilled in due time and always with a smile. As a conclusion, I can easily understand the poor ratings of this hotel on TA and other booking sites. I trust our suite made the major difference as it was amazing to have all this space and panoramic views after a busy day (even though I am still shocked by how muddy windows were). But for those looking for service, design and warmth, I'd suggest to book somewhere else ...

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are spacious. However, it is noisy because it is on the street. The breakfast is too average. It is recommended not to add breakfast when booking. It is better to eat out by yourself. It is completely below expectations. The variety is single, all cold food. When staying in other hotels in Europe, there is at least a heating device under the breakfast, but there is no such device here. The variety is also very simple, mainly various breads.

This is a three star hotel in downtown Zaragoza, but it is almost like a 4 star hotel. Staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was close to downtown but very quiet. There are restaurants and stores in the same street. It is a pity that they do not have coffee machines in the rooms!

Really can't find anything bad to say, price to quality is perfect and the breakfast is really good.

We stayed at Ibis Styles Ramiro for 2 nights, and we were expecting the level of comfort we are used to with other hotels of the chain. The initial room we have been give was street facing and very, very loud. The AC was not working either, which made our sleep uncomfortable. I asked for a change of rooms the next day, which was received positively. The new room was facing a patio and was fine - although it had twin beds instead of the the double one we originally booked. The hotel itself feels a tad old and run down, with stains on the walls and carpets for instance, but was clean. The breakfast was OK, and the staff helpful. They even agreed to let us store our luggages before taking our train. I would come back but renovations are needed.

I do not give this hotel 5 stars for the reason that there are not many restaurants or markets near the area (I ordered food through Uber eats and it work fine). Out of that, all other aspects are well covered by this hotel. Low price, comfortable beds, good AC and hot water and location is near train station. You can take bus 603 (among others), near the hotel and get to the city center in 20 minutes for just 1.50 euros. No need of taxi. The breakfast is another positive point. Well presented and replenished. The waiters were very attentive and serviceable. Also, the front desk personnel were very attentive and courteous. Recommended 100%...

We visited Zaragoza for a week and stayed at this hotel. Room was quite small but beds were comfortable and shower was good. Room cleaned every day and fresh towels and linens were given. Our room was on the 4th floor and, unfortunately, for most of our stay, the guests in the next room were very noisy but that’s not the hotel’s fault! Breakfast was included in our booking and was quite adequate. Plenty of choice of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, cereals, juices, coffee and a hot selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and vegetables. Reception staff were very pleasant. This location is a few stops on the tram to Zaragoza Centro but the tram is very close to the hotel and offers an excellent service. We could have walked to the centre but the temperatures were around 40 degrees and it was a bit too hot to walk far. All in all, a nice hotel and a good location (there are bars and restaurants close by and also a large shopping centre).
