I didn't have high expectations for accommodation in Egypt, so overall, I thought it was pretty good. The room was quite large, a bit old but reasonably clean. The bathroom was okay, but the sink was too small with no space for toiletries, and most importantly, it was leaking. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean, and the pillows were very comfy, so we slept soundly and rested well. They provide two complimentary bottles of water daily, and you can ask the front desk for more if needed. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers disposable slippers but no toothbrushes or other toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options and good taste, enough to fill you up before starting your day.

The price was super reasonable, and our guide, Mo Karam, was an absolute standout. Thoughtful, packed with Egyptian history knowledge, and brimming with passion – he fielded my endless questions (seriously, a million of them!) with patience and extra stories that made the sites come alive. Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! Then there's Mo, who brews Turkish coffee that's honestly better than anything I tried at local cafes. And the chef? She's a quiet force of kindness – doesn't speak much English, but her caring energy shines through in every meal. This hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care. There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience. I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special. The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient. Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable. Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds. Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.

This was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful. The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room) The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too. The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness. I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people. The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask. The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather. Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new. Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all. The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.

I had a very positive experience. The room was clean and the air conditioning was working. The view from the 5th floor is very beautiful. This stuff was friendly. They stored my luggages for free as well. Unfortunately, you can no longer enter the pyramids from the entrance next to the hotel. The closest entrance is the one next to the Sphinx. It is approximately 1.6 km walk. The hotel is also in walking distance to the Grand Egyptian Museum.

Facilities: Very old, far from 4-star standard. WiFi is incredibly slow, and my 4G/5G mobile data (from an Orange SIM card bought at Cairo Airport T1) was completely unusable once I entered the room. Cleanliness: The hotel is only 20 meters from the pyramid entrance. The downstairs area and the entire hotel lobby reeked of horse and camel manure! The room itself was slightly better. Ambiance: The rooftop dining area offers a nice view. Service: The owner and staff were quite friendly and helpful, which was probably the best aspect of this hotel.

We arrived almost midnight. The manager immediately began to persuade us to upgrade to a family room, overlooking the pyramids. Everything was brought into play, including even the fact that our room, which we had booked, was supposedly not ready. Is it at midnight? :))) In general we agreed for 500 pounds/night. The room is, ultimately, absurdly big. Everything needs updating. The water pressure is very weak. Washing up was a problem. Linen and towels are more or less clean. Breakfast is just terrible. How can you serve breakfast and not offer tea or coffee???!!! This is already the 46th country we have visited. And probably the 1000th hotel we have stayed in. And this is the first time we are encountering this. Nonsense!

My one-night stay on the 4th floor was incredibly disappointing. After arriving exhausted from my travels, I finally settled into sleep, only to have my rest cut short at 8:00 AM by the floor supervisor. Instead of maintaining a quiet environment for guests, he treated the hallway like a social club—shouting at staff, laughing loudly, and using his phone on speakerphone for everyone to hear. I even knocked on my door to alert him to the noise, but he completely ignored me and continued his disruptive behavior until the moment I checked out.
