Lage war gut und einfach zu finden, das Zimmer war sehr klein und hat nur ein Bett und Schreibtisch, keine Waschbecken. Für die ganze Etage war Gemeinschaftbadezimmer. Die Toiletten würde ok aber bring Disenfektionszeug mit. Im Preis Frühstuck war inklusive und war komplett in Ordnung. Die Bedienungen waren nicht Nett oder freundlich und fand ich eine Schade.
Damit besuche ich den Hotel nicht wieder.

Guest UserIt was all very good. nice, service top, super friendly, clean and spacious.
It may disturb one or other that you hear the railway in the room, but that doesn't matter me, so there is no deduction from me.
If I have to go back to the region, I'll be happy to book again here.
All good for the hotel.

The hotel is close to the platform Ratingen ost and the location is OK. The room size is relatively small, it is estimated that there is 5m2, no air conditioning but there is an electric fan. Self-check-in, the room is a bit old but considering the price, it is still decent

Excellent! super spacious and very modern room.
The only problem was that the parking was full when we arrived as we arrived late and we had to make several tours looking when we had booked this just for the parking ☹️
