設施齊全，有電風扇和暖氣片，網速很快（比隔壁會議酒店好太多），房間打掃及時。
交通方便，樓下就是公交車站和電車站。
位置優越，走兩步就能到商場/廣場，周圍好吃的餐館也很多。
