"The hotel is well located, but it has some problems with the service. I had a problem in the shower, she was just sticked and decolled when I went to bath at night, I told the receptionist of the plantain, and the other day I had to go early and return late, but the situation continued. When he questioned the same plantonist, he simply told me he had communicated, but he didn't know why the repair was not done. The hotel is well computerized and works with electronic keys and tags to activate the door opening, but the process of enabling tags (or numbers) is sometimes delayed."

"The hotel is located right at the center of Bonn, next to the state house. It is beautiful from the outside. The junior suite was very comfortable and clean. comfortable bed and pillows.
Since the building is old, the corridor and the room door is quiet old feeling. The floor of my room was slightly vibrating time to time.
Nevertheless I asked for a breakfast to go because I had to leave early and they nicely prepared it for me.
Overall very good stay."

WangxinxinJust outside the center of Bonn, quiet and spacious. There is a fee for underground parking, but it is free on the surface. The service is good and the overall price/performance ratio is very high.

Very interesting hotel, combined with the nursing home is one, the building is classical style, it is not good to run around, run to the small garden, can not enter the hotel or go out on the street. Contact Trip.com to help rescue, but fortunately the elderly neighbor passed by and put it in. Otherwise, it would be miserable... The German breakfast has no success, and it is a minimalist compared to Belgium, but it is also what you want. After 9 o'clock, it is the meal time of the residents.
The location is not bad, walk ten minutes into the city center, a good place, very enlightening, I think old age should be a good choice.

MaputuoweinuoThe room was clean and the location was great, but there was no elevator, so it's not recommended for elderly people or those with mobility issues. Also, check-in uses a password provided via an email link, so those unfamiliar with the internet should be cautious. Furthermore, it's best not to order breakfast online; you can go downstairs or walk a little further to the café to pay for breakfast yourself. Otherwise, the €12 charge per guest is a bit expensive, so it's better to order it yourself.

Unfortunately, the Kiman facility in the room was not to fix a pleasant sleep temperament, so it was too warm. At the reception it was notified and there was just a brief excuse. I would have expected a price change. The room, a friend, was too warm and the nice young man at the reception noticed that this was probably also defected by other guests.

The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection that even included soy milk. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is especially appreciated during the hot summer months.

The hotel is located in the city center, convenient for buses and trams. An inconvenient place is that the reception time of the hotel is from 13 to 19 o'clock, you need to pay attention! Only stayed for one night, when we attended an event in Cologne. The hotel was so convenient to find. On the S-bahn, it was 1 stop away from the central train station, and about a 5 minute walk from S-bahn stop to hotel. Lovely modern. clean hotel, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower, fluffy towels. Actually better than some European hotels that charge a lot more. I would stay again and would also look for this brand in other cities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were neat and tidy. One of my favorite features was the small kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel left a thoughtful note recommending a nearby candy company called Haribo and I’m so glad they did! The candy there was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying a lot of sweets to share with my family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel for pointing that out! Would definitely stay here again.
