A minor suggestion: the dining tables could be improved! A small drawback is that the limited space in the converted house meant the soundproofing wasn't ideal. The guy next door was still chatting past midnight; those with sleep problems should bring earplugs! Maintaining a good environment requires everyone's cooperation!
