First time staying here and it was great, very convenient. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and the surrounding area was lively.

The most thoughtful thing is the daily breakfast service - a total of four sets of meals are freely available for you to choose from and the waiter will deliver them to your room on time. The hot freshly ground coffee and fragrant soy milk will awaken your morning vitality. The front desk team provides the best service: calling in advance to confirm needs, proactively introducing room types upon check-in, and helping to reserve a car upon check-out. We had a great stay at this hotel. We were on the 27th floor, so had a beautiful view with the ocean and turbines setting a lovely scene. The room is very clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the beach and a lovely beach club with live music. The service was fantastic. There is no front desk, so it is self check in, but the manager came to pick us up from our car and take us directly to our room. He also recommended a great hot pot restaurant for dinner, which we really appreciated. At the beginning, the sea view room was booked. After arriving at the store, the children liked the parent-child slide room, so the price was increased and the room type was upgraded. This slide parent-child room was so pleasant! The room is clean and odorless, the slide is all-inclusive soft package, the slope is gentle, the bottom is soft, the child can rest assured to play, no need to stare at all times. The bunk beds are spacious, a family of three lives without crowding, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the details are particularly intimate, the house has a giant screen projection, smart toilet, and adults are comfortable to rest. The butler is warm and caring, and the response is super fast if there is a need. No extra playground, the baby is happy and not noisy throughout the whole process, completely liberate parents, cost-effective, first choice for parent-child travel, next time bring friends' children to come again!

The hotel facilities were excellent, clean, and the staff were attentive and responsible. Special praise goes to Ms. Lu at the front desk; she was warm, friendly, and promptly helped resolve any issues. Of the two hotels I stayed at in Zhangzhou, Guanjing was the best experience. Food delivery was also very convenient.

Satisfied with facilities and sanitation, hotel services and management are disconnected. Long-distance driving is ready to rest, but it seems that it is not as I wish. I dragged the foot of the sewing machine through the traffic jam during the festival. When I checked in late at night, the front desk was empty. I waited for a long time (after learning that it was handling the customer complaint). After I got the room card, I opened the door. It was an uncleaned room. After the shock, I went downstairs and changed rooms at the front desk to check in. The front desk was very good that night. The compensation plan offered by the hotel was 2 cups of coffee. I didn't want this coffee. Is the staff who handled this customer complaint the next morning anxious to hand over the task? For the guests who arrived at the store around 23.30 and experienced twists and turns at about 12 o'clock (do not disturb at the same time), I heard a knock on the door at 9 o'clock in the morning. After being forced to wake up, I opened the door and actually came to deliver coffee? ? ? It's really hard to stretch. The coffee was not drunk in the end, and the rest was not rested. When we checked out, the front desk did not mention this to us again. In the future, we can be alone. I hope that the hotel room management can be strengthened, and at the same time, don't shoot the horse's leg 😅

Quite new and very clean, much better than other hotels in the area that were last renovated over a decade ago. It has a smart toilet seat and complimentary breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience, I'd definitely book this place again if there's availability.

After leaving Pisces Island, campground, I headed an hour over to the volcano park and found this coffee hotel. It’s less than a kilometer away from the grocery store and maybe eight minutes from the volcano park.  The room has everything you need unless you need a bathrobe.  There is a restaurant and coffee shop.  The courtyard has room for the families to play badminton.  There is not an elevator, but you can get help if needed.  It’s a very organic neighborhood just off of the main road.  There’s a huge movie screen on the wall and some tatami seating.  Nice staff, comfortable bed.  Just stayed one night so to take in the sites of the ancient city. It’s 60 to 90 minutes to the ancient city.  it’s only 10 minutes from the surf shop. Great stay.

From the front desk to the room cleaning service, the attitude is very good and enthusiastic. The room is clean, the bed is 2 meters long, which is big enough. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a bathtub. It is so comfortable to take a bath and relax. The overall feeling is very comfortable👍 The hotel is in the scenic area, and the surrounding environment is very good. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip!

The proprietress service is very good, the recommended sea fishing place and sea fishing, harvest a lot of crabs, take it to the restaurant to process can not be finished, haha, the room is cleaned, the facilities are complete, come back tomorrow summer vacation
