The front desk offered a welcome snack: a box of milk, a pair of socks, a Year of the Horse pendant, and three candies. It wasn't a lot, but it was thoughtful. The room facilities were new, meeting the standards of a four-star hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was quite soft, and the front desk staff were very friendly. All the staff I met on the way were very welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is located on a small, quiet island with good facilities and excellent service. However, the hotel's management philosophy needs improvement. Prior to check-in, guests were not informed about ongoing renovations in the annex that would disrupt sleep. We only found out after checking in, via a notice in the room, that construction would occur from 9 AM - 12:30 PM and 3 PM - 6:30 PM. To make matters worse, construction actually started at 8 AM. After complaining through Trip.com customer service, we were moved to a lake-view room the next day and received a complimentary afternoon tea for two. However, as we had to wake up at 7:30 AM for an early start, we observed that construction still began at 8 AM the following day. This clearly shows that the hotel's administrative management philosophy is not customer-centric.

I highly recommend this hotel. Service: The service is very good, the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic ❤️, and the check-in is also very fast. It won't take long, overall. This hotel can be your first choice when visiting Yulin. Very cost-effective.

The air conditioner in the room has been repaired, and the main board of the air conditioner has been changed. There is a temperature that can be adjusted. Others can't be adjusted. The air volume is the largest wind and the loudest, louder than my 78-year-old red-yun desktop fan. All night's ears are whistling wind. I can't sleep well, I can't sleep well at all. Repulsion

Location is near to train and bus station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, even so kindly offer us a free ride to the nearest bus station. However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.

The hotel has convenient underground parking. The room is big enough and the bed is OK. The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.
