Many rooms do not have windows. Hotel is walking distance to many eateries. Rooms have good floor heating and quick to heat shower. However rooms are not too clean as the sloppiness can be seen from desk on window sills, tv consoles, bathroom counters etc. Bedsheets and towels looked clean though.
