Hotels with Breakfast in Xuzhou

This was my second trip to Xuzhou. Since I wanted to visit the Huaihai Campaign Memorial Tower, I chose a hotel nearby. This hotel seems to be Home Inn Neo 4.0, the latest version. The rooms are noticeably more spacious than before, and the color scheme is a very soothing blue. Overall, it's much better, and it's closer to Huazhu Hotels. The hotel is right next to subway lines 2 and 3, making transportation very convenient. There's a market and breakfast shops across the street, which is also very convenient. Gongdesheng, next door, is incredibly good value for money, although it gets very crowded during mealtimes. This time, the room I was assigned faced the road, and while the window looked bright, it was a nightmare at night – incredibly noisy. The front desk staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. It would be better if more water was provided in the room; at least for a family room, two bottles definitely wouldn't be enough. Remembering to get it every time is a hassle. Last week, when I stayed at Hello Hotels, after seeing that I had bought my own bottled water, they put a case of mineral water in my room every day. Even though I didn't drink it all, at least I didn't have to bother.

Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sound insulation was good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the toiletries were complete, the overall experience was great, the price was high, and I would choose to stay next time.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. The environment is comfortable and quiet, with good soundproofing, which is key for a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains also help. The staff are friendly, and there's complimentary tea. Five stars, highly recommended!

I initially wanted to give a 1-star rating. The front desk's efficiency and service process during check-in really frustrated me (only one staff member, a long wait, and they spent too much time with the previous guest, completely disregarding the queue behind them. When it was my turn, it took less than a minute, and they didn't proactively inform me about breakfast times, locations, or other hotel services). Upon arriving in the room, the 'drinks' were already cold. However, I'm giving four stars because while walking by the lake, I went to rest at the large gazebo and met a male staff member who was tending to the plants and putting up shade covers. He proactively greeted me and waved goodbye, reminding me of the familiar service awareness I experienced years ago when I worked in the hotel industry – true 5-star hotel service! Environment: I really loved the hotel's greenery; it was so comfortable for a stroll.

I booked last minute and arrived late. I missed the afternoon tea, and the evening snacks started at 9:30 PM. We checked in around 9:30 PM, but no one mentioned the snacks. I assumed they'd be delivered to the room like at other hotels. Around 9:55 PM, I remembered and asked at the front desk, only to be told they were gone. The front desk staff definitely needs more training. However, the breakfast buffet service and the front desk agent during checkout were both very enthusiastic. The hotel's location is also very convenient.

This was my first time staying at Atour, and I was really looking forward to it, but after the stay, I was a bit disappointed. First, the bed in the master bedroom. I've stayed in so many family rooms, and I've never encountered a master bedroom bed smaller than the second bedroom's. Traveling with my parents for so long, this was the first time they slept in a double bed, which was both funny and frustrating. However, the bed and pillows were indeed very comfortable, and I slept well every night. Also, each room has a separate wet and dry bathroom, which is excellent, allowing for privacy. Breakfast was average, but there was absolutely no one to check on us. I felt a bit guilty for choosing a room that included meals… The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the room service. Because of the hotel's excellent location, I came back to rest every day at noon. However, during my two-night stay, the house was never cleaned by noon. I left around 8 am, there was a ”cleaning” sign on the door, and when I returned to the hotel it was past 12 or 1 pm, either the cleaning wasn't complete and supplies hadn't been replenished, or it hadn't been cleaned at all. This was truly the first time I've encountered this. So, although everything else was okay, after this stay, I probably won't consider Atour again. I like it when I come back to a clean and tidy hotel room; otherwise, I might as well stay in a guesthouse.

HOTEL REWARDS This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

My girls were thrilled with all the space to play and unwind, making our stay feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Their warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and a team that treats you like family – this is the place.

I arrived in Xuzhou very early and wanted to store my luggage. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They checked for available rooms and allowed us to check in early, which saved us a lot of time. They also asked if we needed breakfast service, meeting our needs as we were unfamiliar with the area. The service was very professional, with a one-on-one personal butler. They even gave us water when we checked out, making me feel the hospitality of Xuzhou. It’s definitely worth staying here. Overall, I'm very satisfied! 👍

The location of the hotel is a bit off, near the high-speed rail. Fortunately, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station, which is one of the highlights of the hotel. In addition, the hotel has a large parking lot. It provides convenient parking for self-driving people, and the room is relatively spacious. The room attendant was very polite. The breakfast in the hotel was average. The waiter in the restaurant was too diligent. As soon as I put down my chopsticks after finishing my meal, she immediately came up to collect the dishes and chopsticks, which made me no longer want to sit down for a while.
