環境：房間剛進去有異味 有一股很久不通風的味道 開了開窗才散的味 但智能家居很方便 設施：飲水機很方便 智能馬桶 服務：前台交接、服務態度很差 退房的時候把房卡給一個前台一個女生 結果另一個女生一直打了三個電話質問我們要房卡 上來就説找不到卡可是要扣 20 元的 我説你去問問你同事 但是她信誓旦旦的説沒有 我們也很無奈 直接告訴她去調監控吧 果然再也沒打電話過來 發生事情我希望你們酒店內部先溝通 不要一上來就找顧客的麻煩 之前是奔着你家飲水機去的 但以後再也不會住了
