I looked at many hotels before choosing this one when I went to Shilin. Unexpectedly, the location was very good, the hotel was new, the rooms were clean and tidy, the service staff was enthusiastic, breakfast was 15 yuan per person, which was economical and affordable, and the combination of carbohydrates, protein and vitamins was reasonable. It was the most satisfactory stay during my trip to Yunnan for a few days.

The room environment is very good, the travel is very convenient, there are many delicious foods near the hotel, there is a snack street at night, there are other meals, the receptionist at the front desk of the hotel is very polite, the big sister who cleans the room is also very polite, every time I see it, I will take the initiative to say hello, the hotel chain is good, I forgot to take a photo of the room, it’s great anyway.

Came to Shilin for a business trip and accidentally stayed at the up hotel. The hotel is on the side of the road and has a large parking lot. The room is simple and atmospheric, the facilities are well-equipped, the room is very quiet, I also slept well for the sleep, the front desk service is very intimate, very patient to share the surrounding food and transportation routes for me. The service is so bad👎🏻! I went to the hotel and paid an extra 1,100 yuan to upgrade the room type. I brought 6 children with me and asked if there was breakfast and what time it was! Just tell me 9:30! No indication of how far it is from the hotel! The next morning a group of people got up and walked over, but they didn't arrive even after walking for 10 minutes. When they arrived, it was past meal time and nothing was provided! I take my kids out with my friends every month! This is the first time I encountered a hotel with such poor service!

The towel racks of the two rooms of the same type are different. One of the rooms is not equipped with paper cups. There are only two sets of sauna suits and bathrobes in the room. If you need to use sauna suits and bathrobes with children, you need to go to the women's room to get them separately and deposit 100 yuan each. You must also take the sauna suits and bathrobes back to the women's room to return them. The overall experience is not good. The restaurant is also very average. There is basically nothing to eat at the buffet. The dishes are few and not delicious. The two beverage machines in the beverage area are empty and cannot receive any drinks. When asked, the waiter replied that the machine is broken and there is only plain water. The hotel is located, and you can't order takeout. The hot spring water quality is good, which may be the only plus point.

I drove here from another place because it is close to the Stone Forest Scenic Area. The hotel is an independent garden with a very good environment and very convenient parking. The room is very large and there are several buildings. The breakfast is also very good with many varieties, especially the rice noodles are delicious.

The location is very good to find in a building similar to the building, the front desk lady is also very patient, the room is large and clean and there is a faint fragrance, it is very comfortable to live. Recommend everyone to live

The shower head does not produce water, and the hot and cold water of the shower head is unstable, and the water flow is very small and it is impossible to take a shower. The buffet breakfast variety is average.

The central location of the stone forest, surrounded by night markets, large supermarkets, parks, pedestrian streets. Food, entertainment, shopping are all complete, accommodation conditions are very convenient, underground parking is free, and you can walk.

The highlight is that you can swim, the sanitation is really not good, and the toilet flush is broken and not replaced. Because the price is cheap, I forgive it. It is very convenient to eat in the center of the county.
