Compared to other hotels along our self-driving tour through western Sichuan, this hotel's facilities are top-tier in Sertar. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; the breakfast selection is also rich. If you don't feel like dining out, I highly recommend the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it has an excellent local reputation, using quality ingredients and serving authentic flavors. I must particularly commend the hotel manager! We didn't have a car for this trip and wanted to visit Lhorong Monastery. The manager proactively arranged pick-up and drop-off, covering nearly 20 kilometers round trip, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any requests, big or small, the staff were always enthusiastic and willing to assist, offering free help with many minor issues. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose Kasa Hotel again on my next visit to Sertar and will recommend it to any friends planning to come here!
