I have been to Jiuhua Mountain for several years and this is a relatively good experience First of all, the environment. This is a newly renovated hotel with a very Zen style. The sanitary conditions are also OK. The hotel's products are also very good, including Dyson hair dryers, Guanxia aromatherapy, and Jurlique toiletries. It can be said to be a small but beautiful hotel. Secondly, the service is really impeccable. We went to Jiuhua Street for dinner on the night of check-in, and it started to rain heavily. The hotel owner even asked a friend to pick us up. The breakfast delivered to the room was also very rich, with a wide variety, which provided plenty of energy for worshiping Buddha. All in all, it is a highly recommended hotel with an excellent location. It only takes a dozen minutes to walk to the Palace of the Reincarnation of the Flesh and the small rooftop. It is worth checking out.

What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. Choosing this guesthouse for this trip was definitely the right decision! The owner's service was excellent. For both nights we stayed, there was daily pick-up and drop-off service, and they were always available whenever we needed them. The owner even accompanied us on our pilgrimage up the mountain, saving us a lot of time. The rooms were nice and clean, and they included free breakfast. There's also their own restaurant where we could order food, which was clean and hygienic. The auntie's cooking was delicious, so we didn't have to go out to find restaurants. The elders were very satisfied with this guesthouse; it didn't disappoint them. They all said they'd recommend it to their friends and that they would definitely choose this guesthouse if they ever come to Jiuhua Mountain. Highly recommended! This was my first time staying at Mount Jiuhua, and the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to the Baisuigong cable car ticket office and very close to the bus station for going up and down the mountain, making it convenient to get everywhere. Plus, it's not as crowded as the old town. Front desk staffer Xiao Zhang provided exceptional service. Knowing I was traveling with a child and luggage, she met us at the bus drop-off point, helped me carry my bags the entire way, and even helped me plan an efficient route for visiting the temples. The hotel's design is truly beautiful; the first floor features a courtyard, a pond, and a scripture-copying room, creating a perfect space to clear your mind. The food is also delicious, and the vegetarian dishes tasted just like homemade. I will definitely be back!

Environment: The hotel's decoration design is aesthetically pleasing. Whether it is the small courtyard or the flower arrangement in the restaurant, it is artistic and worth appreciating. The overall design is relatively new and very clean and tidy. Service: Every boss in the store (I think they are all bosses) is very friendly, especially the tall lady who serves tea in the evening. Her smile is very contagious. Food: The focus is on afternoon tea. The appearance and taste are both online. I like osmanthus black tea and tangerine peel melon seeds very much. I also order meals here. Although the price is higher than that of restaurants outside, the environment and hygiene are friendly. I have to say that Jiuhua bamboo shoots fried meat and the small cold dishes of snow vegetables and fresh bamboo shoots in the morning are really delicious😋

The hotel is located a stone throw away after alighting from the tourist bus at the entrance to scenic area (50RMB to n fro the foot of the mountain). Had already chatted with owner on WeChat n he fetched me after I alighted . Room is clean and functional . Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage. He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 . So many restaurants too!!!!!!!! He even sent me to the bus station . Thank u He is a kind soul . He quickly called me when he see me walking in “wrong direction” when actually i wanted to visit the temple next to bus stop . The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding and bathroom fixtures are quite new. The room was very well cleaned without any unpleasant odors, which was excellent! The window in my room was a bit small, which had its advantages, as it prevented outside moisture and fog from getting in, which is important since the bedding can easily become damp when staying in a mountain setting. The receptionist was very helpful and even planned my travel route! 👍 On check-out day, the hotel provided a shuttle to take our luggage down to the foot of the mountain, saving us the trouble of making the trip. 👍 Overall, I was very satisfied.

The misty rain was on Jiuhua Mountain, the air was humid and cold, but I couldn't feel it at all when I entered the house. The reception girl and the aunt were very warm. They warmly opened the floor heating in the room in advance. The room was warm and comfortable. The quilt was dry and tidy and smelled very clean. Because I took the elderly, I lived for two days, most of the time I ate in the store. The kitchen was very clean and tasted good. It was no different from the outside restaurant. I also warmly helped us leave the chicken soup that was not finished to the evening. I used to come to Jiuhuashan every year, this time I lived the most comfortable time. I should still choose here next time, I hope to keep it in shape, and I have been so good [rose]

I chose the family room at Yuanhang Hotel based on Ctrip reviews and its proximity to the Cultural Park. The room itself was decent. However, the hotel seemed to have very few guests, resulting in no air conditioning in common areas like the lobby and corridors. It was sweltering hot the moment you stepped out of your room. Additionally, our room was quite a distance from the elevator, and we'd be drenched in sweat just walking there. While I can understand conserving electricity due to low occupancy, the entire hotel felt deserted. Breakfast was also very subpar, with one of the salted duck eggs even being spoiled. The only redeeming quality was the Chinese restaurant, which offered good food and generous portions. Despite the staff being very friendly, the overall state of the hotel's facilities severely impacted our stay, making for an unpleasant experience. I had initially hoped to walk to the Cultural Park, but it was too hot, so we ended up taking a taxi for a flat rate of 10 RMB. This effectively negated the benefit of the hotel's location for walking. I believe this hotel might be more suitable for guests visiting Mount Jiuhua who prioritize being close to the visitor center.

The accommodation was great, and if you're driving, parking is incredibly convenient. We arrived by high-speed train, and the hotel arranged a pick-up for us directly from the scenic area's entrance. On our departure day, we could leave our luggage at the front desk. Later, after we came down from the mountain, a simple call to the hotel was enough, and they sent staff to deliver our luggage to us. Highly recommended.
