"Originally I didn't want to comment on this order, but after Ms. Fang from Ctrip customer service contacted me on November 8 (Friday), I felt it was very necessary to share with you the series of unpleasant and outrageous events that occurred during my stay at Wen Zong Hotel, including power outages, internet outages, TV malfunctioning, hotel staff entering my room without my knowledge, and refunding the wrong room deposit. The true face of the hotel management in handling this customer complaint was revealed... The facts are as follows: Before I left the hotel, Ms. Xu, a staff member of the Wen Zong Hotel management, never took the initiative to contact me during my stay to properly handle the matter after Ms. Fang, the housekeeper, had reported it to her in a timely manner. After I left the hotel, Ms. Xu's attitude in handling this customer complaint was extremely strong and aggressive, and she completely lacked the honesty that a Communist Party cadre in a state-owned enterprise should have. In terms of responsibility, she always tried to evade the important issues as much as possible, shirk responsibilities, and was unwilling to admit the illegal facts committed by the hotel staff during the service process, and she was even unwilling to fulfill her work promises. What's more outrageous is that she later directly kicked the "ball" to Mr. Zhu from the hotel management (the conversations between Ms. Xu and Mr. Zhu from the hotel were fully recorded, and the text communication on WeChat was fully recorded). During my telephone communication with Mr. Zhu from the hotel, he admitted that the series of customer complaints I had reported to Ms. Xu were all true, and it was also true that Ms. Fang, the housekeeper, entered my room without my knowledge after I checked in. He checked the relevant laws and regulations and it was indeed an illegal act... Mr. Zhu also clearly told me the regulations of Wen Zong Hotel: customer complaints occurring during the guests' stay must be properly handled and resolved before the guests leave! However, Ms. Xu from the hotel management knew about this customer complaint before I left the hotel, but she did not take any practical action to deal with it. Even when she contacted me for the first time many days after I left the hotel, she did not even understand and confirm the full details of the customer complaint. What's more, she told me aggressively on the phone that "she wanted to find out whether I had made any special requests to the hotel staff during my stay..." After hearing this, I answered her firmly, "During my stay at the hotel, I never made any special requests to your hotel staff." Ms. Xu's behavior was humiliating guests, so when Ms. Xu contacted me again for the second time, I asked her to clarify my verification, and she replied, "During my stay, I indeed did not make any special requests to the hotel staff..." Finally, several weeks after my departure, after Ctrip customer service manager Wei Juan (Ms. Liu) intervened and the hotel repeatedly changed its handling plan (during which the three parties communicated through countless WeChat and phone calls, consuming a great deal of my precious personal time and energy), the final outcome was that the hotel, through Ctrip, refunded the entire room rate for my stay and compensated the full amount for this stay. Ctrip also provided compensation for this customer complaint. I would like to remind the hotel: as a high-end hotel operated by a local state-owned enterprise in Jiuhua Mountain, it must strictly abide by national laws and industry service standards. Whenever a customer complaint arises, it must be handled and handled with honesty, responsibility, and integrity. Through this customer complaint, I also hope that the hotel's parent company management will take it seriously and strengthen oversight of its management to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of every guest staying at your hotel are protected."

The king bed was comfortable and great for sleeping, and all amenities like the toiletries, air conditioning, and bathroom fixtures were in perfect working order. The layout was sensible, making for a very comfortable stay. This is definitely my top choice for anyone visiting Jiuhua Mountain for pilgrimage or leisure. I will certainly be back!"
