I am quite sensitive to smells, and although I had booked a double room, there was a noticeable odor upon entering, so I negotiated with the front desk to change rooms. Overall, the rooms are quite spacious and suitable for business travelers.

I went out to play with the object and booked this one when I watched the newly opened one. I didn’t expect that I was very satisfied with the check-in experience. The check-in was very fast. The front desk also upgraded the room intimately. I also took the initiative to recommend us to play around. Free parking in the backyard, and charging piles, really convenient. The hotel room was spotless and the stay was very comfortable. The room was spacious and airy, and came with a convenient Xiaodu smart voice system. The smart toilet was a fantastic experience, and all the smart amenities were a thoughtful touch. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

I was surprised by the excellent service at the Ji Hotel in Dengzhou, a county-level city, on my first visit. It was far better than other Ji Hotels I've stayed at in other cities; perhaps it's influenced by the service at Pang Donglai Hotel in Henan. Initially, there was no welcome fruit, but after mentioning that it was usually provided, they brought it to me. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to satisfy different needs. The breakfast staff were particularly attentive and friendly, recommending which dishes were good and what flavors were available, all with smiles and polite greetings. They even gave us a lot of desserts and fruits to take home when we heard we were going to work in a remote area at noon, which we appreciated if we didn't have lunch. Today, it started raining heavily. I hadn't brought an umbrella, but after mentioning it at the front desk, they arranged for someone to hold an umbrella for me and escort me to a taxi at the door – very thoughtful. With such service awareness and actions, I believe this Ji Hotel in Dengzhou will only get better and better. Keep it up!

Stayed here a few times before and score worse now, reasons being 1. that they insist they need to take a picture of you even though they have passport copy and all other info 2. There was a bad smell in the room. Could obviously have gone back down and asked for another but was late and I didnt want the hassle so I suppose I can suit myself, but anyway whoever put the room in order should have informed the mgmt or done something about it. Otherwise the place and room is in great condition and meets all the needs. Clean and quiet. Very local breakfast but I dont mind. Good location for my needs so will probably try it again next time despite this trips shortcomings
