Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet B&B with fresh air. We booked a pastoral room, which is very suitable for a large family outing. The B&B lady was very welcoming and the breakfast was good, especially the handmade steamed dumplings, which were super delicious. The B&B is right next to the ancient Qiang village, and we also watched the opening ceremony of the city and felt the Qiang village culture. The mountain behind is only a few minutes away, the scenery is also good, and travel is also very convenient.

The location is superb: step out, cross the park by the Min River, and you're right across from the bustling downtown area. The hotel itself is nestled within a Qiang village on the hillside, offering incredibly therapeutic panoramic views. Having opened recently, the hotel boasts comprehensive and well-maintained facilities and services. The hygiene standards are excellent, and the breakfast caters to a wide range of tastes, including local snacks. Right outside the village is a park, and its parking lot conveniently provides EV charging stations. You can also explore the village itself, where the locals are very genuine and friendly. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing summer getaway, and certainly somewhere you could consider for a longer stay.

Conveniently located to popular attractions (Qiang Ancient Village), the housekeeper will send you to Qiangcheng to watch the opening ceremony in the morning 2 Rooms and Facilities The upgraded suite has a warm and stylish log style design, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, allowing you to have a good night's sleep! The bathtub faces the mountain view, and it is so healing to enjoy the view while taking a bath~ The room is equipped with smart home, floor heating/air conditioning, and full marks for details. The design of the terrace or courtyard is the finishing touch. Drinking tea and listening to birdsong in the morning creates a full atmosphere! Service and Experience The attentive service of the owner of the B&B must be praised! From the patient answers during booking to the welcome and farewell at check-in, you can feel the attentiveness everywhere. We came during the off-season, and the owner specially picked out the rooms with the best views. Thank you very much. Each room has a balcony, and the king-size room was upgraded to a suite. The breakfast was also OK and fresh. I took a photo of the sunrise in Maoxian from the balcony, which was beautiful.

Facilities: It can be said to be very good. The most impressive thing is that the hot water is really super fast. It feels like hot water when you turn it on. Environment: The overall is not bad, very close to the ancient city, and the Yi museum, very convenient. Service: The front desk is very warm, and the children like to eat candy at the front desk. At first, the TV projection screen in the room would not be used. I sent WeChat to the housekeeper and immediately came up to serve. I have written so much, but I still feel that I am really doing the hotel with my heart. The details are also very thoughtful. The children have asked to stay at this hotel next time. 🫢

I loved it! The mountain roads were quite scenic, a very unique experience for us who are used to living on flat land. The altitude kept increasing, and watching the puffed snacks expand at the hotel was quite interesting. Facilities: Excellent. Because it wasn't crowded, we were the only ones who played pool on the basement level. The other hotels we stayed at didn't have all the cues and balls, so we had a lot of fun here. The sanitary napkins were separate for wet and dry use, though a bit small, but for a room on a mountaintop, we were very satisfied. Cleanliness: Very clean. They even used Vinda paper towels, and the owner provided disposable toilet seat covers, which we used happily. Environment: I loved it! The swimming pool was closed, but I'd definitely come back next time. Service: Super heartwarming. Since it was the off-season and there weren't any vegetables, the owner cooked noodles for dinner, which were delicious. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is ideally situated right next to Ancient Qiang City, making it incredibly convenient to walk to attractions, explore, dine, and sightsee. The traditional quadrangle courtyard architecture is truly captivating. Every detail, from the door and window carvings to the interior decor, beautifully incorporates Qiang ethnic elements. It felt like a deep dive into Qiang culture, completely unlike the generic feel of a typical hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccably fresh. The staff were consistently warm and helpful, readily assisting with luggage and providing excellent recommendations for exploring the area. For those driving, parking was also stress-free. Overall, a flawless experience – I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Maoxian!

The hotel room was spotless and very tidy, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet. It had all the amenities you could ask for, and the facilities were great [strong]. The transportation nearby is very convenient; just cross the bridge and you're in the commercial center with tons of delicious food. The hotel's breakfast had a wide variety and was very tasty. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip!

In the evening, I enjoyed a 50% discount on the ”Dreaming of the Ancient Qiang” performance with my room card. The immersive stage performance transcended boundaries, with Qiang flutes, multi-part folk songs, and light and shadow interweaving, creating a sense of time travel. The hotel is conveniently located right inside the scenic area, with friendly service and excellent value for money. It's a great choice for a deep dive into Qiang culture! The hotel lobby and rooms are in different places. After check-in, someone took us to the accommodation area, which was a short walk, though only a few minutes, but it was raining. After checking in, we found there was no power. It was freezing cold, and after waiting ages for the engineer to arrive, it turned out the power had tripped. I mean, don't you guys check things beforehand? My child had already finished using the toilet, and when I went in, I found a cigarette butt in the trash can and ashes in the sink. (My child is only a few years old and doesn't smoke.) It was supposed to be a starry sky room, but with the rain, there were obviously no stars, but I still wanted to see them, but the glass was so dirty I couldn't see anything… To be fair, the breakfast was okay.
