Guest UserAfter a long-awaited hike to Wugong Mountain, my heart is filled with both reluctance to leave and fond memories. The trip's smooth and successful completion was inseparable from the exceptional experience provided by this mountain guesthouse. I must write this heartfelt review and sincerely recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Wugong Mountain. Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the thoughtful and attentive service. From communicating the itinerary in advance and guiding us to the check-in route, to helping with luggage and providing detailed explanations of Wugong Mountain hiking tips, every step was handled exceptionally well. There was no sense of unfamiliarity; instead, it felt like returning to a cozy home in the mountains. The staff were warm and sincere, answering all our questions promptly. Whether it was inquiring about the best hiking routes, scenic area opening hours, or needing to borrow hiking gear, they were always there to help. Their attentive companionship throughout made us feel completely at ease in the mountains, eliminating any pre-trip anxieties and allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the trip. The guesthouse's living environment was impeccable, perfectly embodying the comfort and warmth of a mountain guesthouse while maintaining impeccable cleanliness. The overall decor is simple yet retains a rustic charm, surrounded by lush greenery and the fresh scent of mountain grass and trees. Stepping inside instantly washes away the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms are spotless, with clean, soft beds and fresh, odor-free bedding. The bathroom is fully equipped with toiletries, and the floors and walls are spotless with excellent ventilation and natural light. Every corner is meticulously maintained, demonstrating attention to detail. Whether relaxing on the sofa or resting in bed, you'll feel completely comfortable. Staying here is incredibly relaxing and enjoyable, allowing you to drift off to sleep each night to the gentle mountain breeze, significantly improving your sleep quality.
The most surprising thing is the owner's superb culinary skills – the guesthouse's cuisine is truly exceptional! The Jiangxi-style fried rice noodles at this restaurant are absolutely amazing, a truly authentic Jiangxi flavor. The rice noodles are chewy and smooth, cooked to perfection, and paired with fresh and fragrant side dishes, creating a rich and flavorful experience. Every bite is bursting with the warmth and flavor of home cooking; you could easily eat two bowls. It's a genuine taste that's hard to find in the city, and every bite is unforgettable.
Even more surprisingly, the restaurant also has a branch called ”Tian Tian Mala Tang” (Everyday Spicy Hot Pot), specializing in authentic Shanxi cuisine. The taste was absolutely amazing! The broth is rich and flavorful, the ingredients are fresh and plentiful, and the taste is fresh, fragrant, spicy, and numbing, carrying the unique flavor of Shanxi cuisine. It's completely different from the mala tang we usually eat; the taste is authentic and addictive, warming us to the core. Having a bowl before or after hiking is both satisfying and comforting, becoming an unexpected surprise on our trip.
Thanks to the thoughtful arrangements and attentive service of the guesthouse, our Wugong Mountain hiking trip went exceptionally smoothly. With advance hiking tips and help planning the hike, we easily summited Wugong Mountain, encountering a sea of clouds, sunrise, and breathtaking scenery. The entire trip was smooth and without any setbacks, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Wugong Mountain. Upon returning, we were greeted with clean and comfortable rooms to rest in, and heartwarming and delicious meals to soothe our stomachs. The fatigue of the journey instantly vanished, leaving only the beauty and joy of the trip.
This trip to Wugong Mountain was impeccable in every aspect, from accommodation to food, from service to activities, truly achieving a smooth and fulfilling travel experience. This mountain guesthouse, with its attentive service, clean environment, and amazing cuisine, created a superb mountain living experience for us, making this Wugong Mountain trip exceptionally unforgettable. We sincerely thank the guesthouse for their warm hospitality. Next time we visit Wugong Mountain, this will still be our first choice for accommodation, and we highly recommend it to all friends planning a trip to Wugong Mountain. Choosing this guesthouse will definitely make your Wugong Mountain trip even more perfect and without regrets!

H A A NLovely hosts, beautiful rooms, and amazing home-cooked food!
The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues.
In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all.
Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs.

Location: Just two stops away from the entrance of Wugong Sanzhongan, about a 20-minute walk. There is a free transfer bus at the door. Parking is right at the door.
Facilities: Although it is not as insta-worthy as the picture, it is very spacious. It is too cold in winter. The small air conditioner in the room is not enough. The mahjong table in the room is quite good. Three people came to play a few games.

JiangjiangjiangjiangjrWe had a fantastic time, and the guesthouse was wonderful. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off service was super convenient. The hosts and their family are absolute pros behind the wheel – fast yet incredibly safe! The owner's cooking was delicious; I especially recommend the stir-fried pork with chili (xiaochao rou). Highly recommend staying here! Pingxiang is a lovely city, and its people are just as great. We'll definitely be back!

Guest Userhighly recommended! Super five-star praise! The B&B is located in the scenic area and is convenient for travel. The sister at the front desk was also super warm. She added WeChat in advance to inform her of the itinerary and weather, upgraded the room for free, and preheated the room in advance according to the arrival time. Parking is convenient and there are charging stations. The breakfast was also very generous, and there were souvenirs given before leaving. They continued to provide various sightseeing suggestions on the way. All in all, this stay was a great experience! Visit Pingxiang Wugong Mountain and stay at Huaxi B&B! ! !

First of all, let's talk about the location. We climbed at night. This homestay is a few hundred meters below the gate of Wugong Mountain. I saw that they all set off at 9 o'clock in the evening, but the boss said that I didn't need it. I could leave at 23:30, because the homestay is close to the gate. So I listened to the boss, and the time was just right. It was more than 40 minutes early. So it is very convenient to climb here at night, you can sleep for a while, and there is enough time to take a bath and rest down the mountain. Secondly, the conditions of the homestay are not bad, but if I book again, I will book the view twin room because the room is much larger. And the bathroom is twice as big. But you get what you pay for, and I am very satisfied with more than 100 such rooms. It is best to talk about the service. The hotel has a restaurant and a supermarket, all of which are owned by the boss. The boss is also very enthusiastic. Answer all questions. It is not expensive to buy mountaineering supplies at their home, and there are jackets to rent. I knew I could rent jiu, so I wouldn't buy it. Overall, it was a very good experience. Recommended!

Guest UserThe environment is very good, that is, the room is on the side of the road, noisy, poor sleep quality. There is also a leak in the washbasin sewer pipe in the room, and I was too lazy to change it after a day of holding it.

The room was very clean, the small RV was very warmly furnished, and the boss enthusiastically taught us how to use the RV. The next morning, the breakfast was dumplings and steamed buns and eggs made by the boss himself. The boss also warmly invited us to stay in the hotel for lunch. The ingredients for lunch were purchased by the boss on the same day. The craftsmanship was good. The rice was full. Wugong Mountain Visitor Center pick-up and drop-off: There are also some, which will carry us to the vicinity of the visitor center. The public area of the homestay is also very distinctive. I will continue to book this one next time.

This is by far the best accommodation on the mountain. The cabin amazingly has four beds: one large and three small. Actually, apart from the top bunk, the other two small beds could each sleep two people, which was a pleasant surprise! The bedding was very clean and dry, but the bed frame was a bit hard. Dinner was decent too; around 600 RMB for ten people. The food tasted good, but the service was very slow. So, friends, remember to keep an eye on your dishes. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but that's understandable given the mountain location.
