因為帶着90歲長者坐高鐵，不想第二天早晨匆匆忙忙 ，決定在高鐵站附近預訂酒店，查看了一下地理距離很近，所以定下了這個酒店。出忽看意料之外 是這個酒店外觀就相當靠譜，是那種四星級的裝修大堂明亮整潔佈局合理規範，給人一種舒心的感覺。提起服務質量，前台工作人員耐心仔細，辦理好入住還幫忙拿着行李送到房間，雖説我也是經常出差住酒店，但大堂工作人員親自送到房間的也就是蘭考這家店了。最讓我感動的是當他們知道我帶着長者入住時，主動將房型進行了升級，升級房能曬到太陽又是湖景，晚上給長者洗澡向服務枱要了一把鋼圈凳子，以便長者坐着舒服的洗澡。房間是標間裝飾的很好，床墊也很舒服，長者一覺睡到天亮！重點是我走的時候把手機充電器忘在酒店，他們又及時的聯繫到我，向我要了郵寄地址方便給我快遞過來，真的十分感謝！不愧於焦裕祿的故鄉 ，向你們表達最真切的敬意 ！
