However, due to the hotel's recent opening, there was a slight odor in the rooms, but the hotel provided a Xiaomi air purifier, which significantly reduced the smell, and my child showed no allergic reactions. Regarding facilities, the hotel has no underground parking; there are about twenty parking spaces in front of the lobby. When these spaces are full, staff will advise guests to park on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, which is somewhat unacceptable. In terms of service, the hotel provides standard services for its star rating, but I personally suggest that the hotel improve its service awareness at the managerial level and its handling of customer feedback. The issue stemmed from a parking problem the previous day. I contacted the front desk that day but received no response. This morning, after the check-out staff inquired about my stay three times, they finally told me about the unpleasant experience last night, promising to get back to me today, but ultimately, no reply came. This apparent enthusiasm and attentiveness contrasted sharply with the reality."
