From the moment I arrived until I left I was very well looked after by Joyce who ensured I had a wonderful stay. She even walked up to the museum with me so I wouldn't get lost and kindly enquired when it rained and I was out and about if I was ok. She also helped with transport to a village and to the bus station. Superb service! Thanks, Joyce- I very much appreciate how you looked after me!!! Similarly the staff at the spa was very kind and helpful to me. I loved how relaxing it was to hear the stream from my room.
