I was very satisfied with my stay! The front desk service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, they were warm and attentive, patiently answering all my questions and offering many local travel recommendations. They were also very responsive to any small requests, making me feel incredibly caring. The overall hotel atmosphere was warm, and the efficient front desk service was a huge plus for the entire stay. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch.
The hotel key card was quite unique.
The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in.

This hotel was an excellent choice for our family trip! Not only did they have a kids' play area that kept the little ones entertained for ages, but there was also a home theater and a game room, so everyone, both adults and children, found something fun to do. The hotel can also arrange local ecological tours and hiking trips, which was a lovely way to connect with nature. The shuttle service was a huge convenience, saving us a lot of hassle. The in-room fridge was perfect for storing snacks and drinks, and the tearoom had a really elegant and relaxing atmosphere, great for unwinding. Our whole family loved it!

The stay experience exceeded expectations, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was very fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and I slept until dawn. The hotel is conveniently located, convenient to travel, and the overall price is very high. I can see that the hotel is very attentive to the service, the details are in place, I will choose here next time, recommend it to everyone!

Guest UserA very nice guesthouse. Located 2 kilometers from the highway, it's very convenient for travelers with cars. There are private charging stations at the entrance, and plenty of parking spaces. It has a large courtyard with a pergola and flowers. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast made by the landlady is delicious. I especially recommend the homemade soy milk, which is very unique, delicious, and nutritious. Highly recommended.

Guest UserVisiting Sayram Lake in Xinjiang and staying at Jinghe Xingcheng Hotel was incredibly convenient! The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby, including the amazing Jiaoshangwei Hot Pot restaurant.
The hotel facilities were good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious; overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Guest UserA homestay that our adults and children like very much. We originally planned to wake up early in the morning and leave. The living was very comfortable and the environment was very good. We stayed for a long time. The small courtyard in each house was different. The bedding and toiletries were also good. There is a laundry room. After washing the clothes in the morning, they dried for a long time.

My stay here was a delightful experience during my trip. The room was impeccably clean and bright, featuring soft, comfortable bedding. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and the amenities were brand new and comprehensive. The front desk staff were exceptionally thoughtful and attentive; they actively helped with my luggage and patiently offered recommendations for nearby attractions. Additionally, the desert was just a 10-15 minute drive away, which was very convenient.
