AAnonymous User前台服務很好，酒店環境也不錯，但是被子掀開後床單上有腳印和頭髮，因為到的時間很晚而且我們自帶了床單所以就沒要求換了。
早餐很豐盛味道也很好，但是服務員態度一般，看到服務員在掃地上散落的幾塊水果，然後一直在吐槽説小朋友好討嫌最討厭，肯定是小朋友弄掉之類的，如果不是遛娃估計來黃石玩的人也不會很多吧？我們剛吃完還在等小朋友吃，服務員就催讓我們去外面大廳等，好嫌棄的説我們吃完還佔位置搞的別人都沒地方坐，但是我們周邊都是沒收拾的空座，十幾個是有的，而且當時並沒有新進來人，這服務體驗就大打折扣了。
