When checking out, the souvenirs handed over at the front desk were very warm, and the small one was full of sincerity. I felt that the journey was more complete. And the front desk service is online throughout the whole process. When you check in, you take the initiative to introduce the usage of the facilities. When you have a need, you will respond quickly. The hotel is clean, service is good.
So, this trip we picked Xuda ( Liming Lake) again. Though it is winter time, staff are warm n friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

温泉總體挺好，每天都換新水，工作人員很熱情，有問必答。就是什麼都是付費的，泳圈打氣5元，租賃浴袍2元......房間太差，先説入住，十一黃金週就一個阿姨打掃房間，我們十二點到，就讓等着，也不能先進入温泉泡，讓下午十五點之後才能入住進入温泉，後來協調後先給了一個房間換衣服。然後房間太冷，沒有制熱空調，問了前台空調衹能製冷。最後房間的毛巾，白裏透着黑。
