I have come here every year to visit relatives for the past ten years and will not come again this time. The security guard may be in a bad mood and yells at people with a straight face. There are two Home Inn parking spaces on the ground and there is an empty one. He runs over and yells at who told you to park in this place. Wherever you park, you have to park. This is the boss's parking space. With the elders in the family, I don't want to argue with him. Next time, I hope the hotel will change the words ”Home Inn Car Guard” to ”the boss's parking space” so that people will not park randomly.

I booked a hotel last night. It was pretty good. The room was not big and it was quite clean. The breakfast exceeded expectations. I didn't expect that a hotel with more than 200 yuan would have a rich breakfast. The hotel aunt's service is very good. She took the initiative to help dry the clothes and deliver them to the room. The hotel's location and room size are acceptable. However, it felt like the management was run by unqualified individuals. The front desk staff were incompetent, items in the rooms were not properly arranged, and the amount of breakfast prepared was significantly less than the occupancy rate, leading to a scramble for food and some guests not getting any. The service staff were also rude.
