TTony xxThe room was spacious, and you could see the sea while lying down (the only downside was that the seawater around Zhoushan was a bit yellowish). The hotel service was excellent, especially our butler (who was also from Taizhou, a fellow townsman). The restaurant staff were also great; since it's the off-season, the two young men took us to an ancient village to make salt sculptures. After breakfast, they even found us bamboo poles to fish for crabs 🦀. The seafood noodles for breakfast were delicious, and we ordered seafood in advance for dinner, which was very fresh and tasty. Overall, it was a perfect trip.

Even the staff are very accommodating and friendly, everything is delivered exceptionally and fast❤️ The room itself is very aesthetically pleasing, with complete amenities provided. Location is very insta-worthy, with flower fields surrounding the hotel. There's also a photo spot nearby so you can catch the sunrise early in the morning. Will definitely comeback again on my next visit🥰

AAnonymous UserInviting 5 friends to take a leisure trip for three days, the result is very happy and satisfied, Xiushan Island air is fresh and natural environment is beautiful. I am very satisfied with the hotel service and room and environment layout. Xiushan Island is small but the hotel layout is very large. Quiet and elegant small garden, as well as the book flow station of the Lushan Library, I also read 2 books, the content of the book is very inspired, because I didn't finish reading it and immediately placed an order online. Send a group of pictures to enjoy. The Lanxiu Museum is another great place for nostalgia, where Mr. Tong Buduan, 77, a veteran artist, remains. He explains many interesting stories and object principles and functions, allowing us to open our eyes to history.

GGuest UserThe whole experience was okay except for the restaurant service.
Facilities: The Ctrip booking showed that there is a swimming pool, but when I went there, I was told that it was not open.
Hygiene: There was water on the floor as soon as you entered the room, the air conditioner leaked, and the bathroom was clogged.
Service: I checked in in the afternoon and reported the problem when I found it. A manager took us to two rooms and asked for an upgrade. We were two adults and two children. They showed us a double bed room, which was not sincere at all. Although it was a suite, it was Just a bed. There was simply no change, no sincerity at all, and no intention to solve the problem.
At night, right outside our floor is the doorway to the hotel's air conditioner, which is so loud that I can't sleep at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk at 1 o'clock in the night. There was no room. I kept struggling. My best friend slept alone in a room they arranged that said there would be no noise, but it was not the case. Still noisy. We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet. They said the standard rooms were like this. Finally, in order to sleep soundly at night, the four of us stayed in a double room😓
First of all, the hotel staff has poor problem-solving skills. They didn't even consider whether a king-sized bed or an extra bed would be enough. Secondly, although the hotel is 24 years old, the air conditioner is leaking and the sewer is clogged, and they don't pay attention to solving the problem.

SslineceThis hotel is still very good. I read the reviews before and was quite worried. However, from check-in to departure, the experience was really good:
1. First of all, staff service awareness
1. The front desk was very patient and had a very good attitude. They upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast for children🫶
2. During the trip, I asked about local specialties and tourist attractions, and the beautiful woman at the front desk gave her answers very patiently👍
2. We also gave children slippers and toothbrushes. My baby said he liked them very much✌️

The room was nice and clean overall;
I like the balcony very much, it provides a very good smoking place for smokers like us;
3. The room can see the sea, but the sea here is yellow, but it still feels good.

The sound insulation of the room is a bit poor

First of all, I have to mention the hotel's breakfast, which is really impressive! The variety is rich and varied, the room is clean and tidy, and every detail is revealed with care and professionalism. The bedding is comfortable and soft, as if it can take away the fatigue of the journey and make people sleep well. The location is a highlight of the hotel and travel is extremely convenient. What is more gratifying is that a picturesque park behind the hotel can witness the magnificent view of the sunrise with your own eyes. If there is a chance in the future, I will definitely choose here again and recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserAround 10 AM, the cleaning lady knocked on the door to urge us to check out so she could clean. We emphasized that we weren't up yet and that she would clean after we finished packing and checked out. Less than twenty minutes later, she knocked again, asking why we weren't done yet, and she was being sarcastic, saying she was just a cleaning lady who needed to go home for the New Year, unlike us who were all bosses. It ruined our New Year's mood.
