The shampoo, shower gel and hand soap are worth mentioning. They really smell good. The room is clean and the glass of the 4 windows is wiped very bright. There is a park next to the exterior with trees and water, which makes me feel very good. It was a great feeling to see the night view at night. The lady at the front desk was very gentle and considerate. She took the initiative to introduce the hotel with a washing machine and ironing machine, free parking, and poured me a glass of water when she saw me waiting for someone in the lobby. I will choose to stay here again when I come to Changji next time.

Ssunka2iiiThe stay experience was very bad, especially the service was disappointing. Some staff at the front desk had a very poor attitude. When they called for consultation, they hung up before they finished talking. The attitude was extremely perfunctory and they couldn't feel any due courtesy and professionalism.
When carrying luggage to the park, I also encountered problems: the staff who helped carry the luggage were inefficient and almost did not provide practical help. The guests could carry the heavy objects to their tricycles by themselves. It did not reflect the level of service that should be required.
It is worth mentioning that during the period, there was a minority girl with a very good attitude and good service, which was one of the few highlights of the whole experience.
Overall, except for individual employees, the service experience is very poor, will not consider staying again, and do not recommend others to choose.
