I was hesitating whether to reserve a room for him, but I was afraid that the free cancellation time would exceed, resulting in the room fee I had paid not being refunded. When I was full of anxiety, Dila, the hotel receptionist, helped me coordinate with the duty manager and agreed that I could cancel the order first, and then book a room directly at the front desk, and he could help me reserve it for free until 21:00 that night, which eliminated my concerns. Ssunka2iiiThe stay experience was very bad, especially the service was disappointing. Some staff at the front desk had a very poor attitude. When they called for consultation, they hung up before they finished talking. The attitude was extremely perfunctory and they couldn't feel any due courtesy and professionalism.
When carrying luggage to the park, I also encountered problems: the staff who helped carry the luggage were inefficient and almost did not provide practical help. The guests could carry the heavy objects to their tricycles by themselves. It did not reflect the level of service that should be required.
It is worth mentioning that during the period, there was a minority girl with a very good attitude and good service, which was one of the few highlights of the whole experience.
Overall, except for individual employees, the service experience is very poor, will not consider staying again, and do not recommend others to choose.
